First time buying a gun online which had to be transferred to Federal Firearms. It was a wonderful experience overall. Spoke to Clair over the phone about selecting them as the FFL to transfer. She was very kind, helpful, and informative about the whole process. Whenever my gun was transferred and received. I was able to pickup my gun with no issues. Butch helped me with the transfer. He was also very pleasant to work with. It is a small firearms shop that is fairly new and growing. The selection in store is limited but they can help you with special orders. I definitely recommand them for their customer service and willingness to transfer an online purchase even if you didnt purchase from them.

This is my first time here and it was such a pleasant experience . The staff is friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and provide me some wonderful firearm information/advice. I look forward to going to one of their Gun Shows in the near future. I’ve been in multiple times, great prices and friendly staff. If they don’t have what your looking for they can order it for you. If it’s not available at that time they will take down what your looking for and WILL contact you when it becomes available.

Great place to buy firearms. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great prices on firearms!!! Claire and Butch are over the top. Go see them and take your dog, they love pets!!!

Absolutely great people. Very friendly, and sociable. Their prices are fair, the respond to questions quickly, ship items not sold in stores quickly, and are pretty knowledgeable on an array of firearms manufacturers. Their background check process is done digitally through them, and is the quickest ive ever been through. If you are truley picky, I guess you could find something about every company that is negative vs. Positive. I dont have anything negative to say about my experience purchasing with them. I do believe i will be back on my next purchase.

Incredible experience and amazing customer service! This place is a hidden Gem literally. I stumbled across this place and I am glad I did! Forget the bigger and unfriendly h&h Gun range and come support this business. The customer service here is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. The shop was clean and they had enough inventory to choose from. I’ve found my new gun shop and will recommend shopping Federal Firearms to all my friends

Very knowledgeable! Staff didn't try to up sell. They went over different options with me. They really were trying to make sure I left with a firearm I would enjoy; not just the one that would make them the most money.
