Lost my package. Large oven door. Personnel said knew what bin it went to but would not make the 20ft trip over to search and scan it. No help whatsoever.

Lazy logistics company. Consistently fails to deliver packages at the scheduled delivery date. Thank you for causing damage to my business brand image. As a result you have lost our repeat business to the tune of 2-5k packages a year.
