Would rate 0 if I could. Worked here for a short time. It was the worst experience of my life. The Ops manager lady would constantly harass people and say horrible things to them. Would force people to work when injured or sick, and if they tried to say anything about it, they were threatened to loose their job. There were other managers who were just as awful. All they ever did was walk around, not help and berate people and HR supports them. There was also alot of OSHA violations bc they refused to fix things, which resulted in a lot of people getting hurt. DO NOT WORK HERE, ITS NOT WORTH IT! There were only like 2 or 3 managers who were good people. Go to Edmond instead, they are way better to their employees.

Never use FedEx Ground to ship important government documents especially if that document is a passport. The driver will say "he tried to deliver it but I was closed" even when it's a house and it's a driver releasable package. After 3 weeks they don't have a clue as to where my package is. FedEx Ground packages can not be tracked by FedEx which I will never understand. Why would you put a package in a system that you are unable to track it? I have more faith in Bigfoot than I do the USPS but that is going to be my go to moving forward.

I got a call about the package that was being delivered. Said the driver seen a lot of dogs running loose and well didn't want to get eaten..I told her I would gladly come get my package because NO ONE gets paid enough to get bitten by dogs just to drop off my package..she very possible and professional and apologetic..

Fedex is garbage. My address seems to be their kryptonite. These people couldn't find my address if I tied them to my front porch. Don't send your packages through them. 23 years in and I'm not sure how they made it this long. Amazon can deliver a package to Pluto and these people probably can't even find their truck keys.

Horrendous service! Only about a 10% successful delivery record to my house. Ground Cloud mapping error that FedEx Ground won't correct!

They had my delivery for over a week claiming it was out for delivery then end of day they would claim weather delay (from clear blue skies) it was not until I called corporate threatening them with legal actions against them for theft of a customer property that they attempted the delivery after a week of holding it for absolutely no reason I have really never seen a more incompetent company then I have seen in fedex they are truly pathetic there worse then the usps n I never thought that was possible

Never got my package it said it was delayed next thing you know I get a text message saying that it was delivered whoever delivered didn't even show up to my door I have cameras The customer service is all the way in a different continent I need to reimburse me my money or give me my package

I'm so sick of FedEx this is the second time they done stole my package.. I signed up for text alert at 7:58 p.m. cuz it kept saying on the website that my package was delayed once I signed up for it it send me a text message saying that my package was delayed at 7:58 p.m. not even 20 minutes later I get a text message saying that my package was delivered at 5:01 called customer service they in a whole another continent so I don't see how they can help if you looking at reviews please stop using FedEx they are robbers and thieves... I am a small business I cannot afford to keep buying same products because somebody want to be stupid enough to steal candle wax..

EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE GETS PUT ON THE WRONG TRUCK!!!!!! I AM SO SICK OF IT. Every single package goes out for delivery, then operational delay because it was on the wrong truck, delivery date updates to the following day and repeat cycle. The Fed Ex customer service is useless. You have to repeat the issue every single phone call for them to put a note/ticket and then nothing get done. Can’t talk to a superb or someone at the delivery station so I am at a loss. And the company I purchase from ONLY USES FED EX so I cannot request an alternative carrier. I’m so frustrated!

these guys delivered my package to the wrong address, investigated for a week, and then their customer service wants to use me as their personal secretary to file a claim for the lost package. No thanks. Definitely expected better service for $70 a pop never ever ever ever again.

Said they couldn't locate delivery address that is 2 miles from this location. Came to pick up and said it would be a "few minutes". Hour waiting and still can't get someone to bring me my package. You should pay me FedEx.

Unbelievable service. Won't have anything shipped by these people again. In truck ,delayed ,in truck delayed. And once again waiting here hour after hour for NOTHING. So they'll had my 6lb box for 4 days and their 3 miles away from my shop.
