Terrible shipping company with no ability or desire to meet their commitments to their customers.
I purposely avoid company's that use FedEx as well as FedEx themselves.
Trust me. Use someone else.

Always helpful staff. I was in twice this past week to ship items. One item had batteries, I was told at my local location that they couldn't accept it there, and infact no fedex in OKC would accept my item that I was reviewing due to it containing lithium batteries. The manager at the store indicated I would call for pick up. She was infact incorrect and I found another location not far away to accept my return item. No issues.

Janet helped with shipping 12 heavy boxes by herself. She didn’t not complain, and gave excellent service to people walking in. Great worker, excellent person, and awesome customer service!!!

this is the second time y'all have lost my package your customer service 1-800 number are rude as all get out they cut me off and they would not let me speak unprofessional and just all around slow and uninformative on the website and the track my packag.. this is the second time this has happened and when I called I got the runaround from FedEx and no help at all and an attitude from their customer service people on the phone unprofessional not worth your time not worth the money they should be shut down.
