Very good, nice machines, not too busy, helpful staff, priced correctly. I went to staples before this and it was awful. If you ever need to laminate print or cut something, come to FedEx Office.

Laziest drivers ever. Drivers refuse to deliver boxes to the actual apartment. My address is NOT the front office so therefore, they can't seem to read either. I should not have to figure out how to get a large box up the stairs because you can't hire competent drivers.

Came in needing a box to ship something the guy put the everything I already have one box and put that box and another part into a bigger box and then charge me $24 for the box. I told him three times you could just ship it in a small box and don’t need that big box it’ll fit in this big box then charge me $23 for a cardboard box. I will never go back to FedEx. I’m so tired of them always trying to get people just cause they’re trying to get something done. Terrible business plan.

I've always had great service here. Sometimes the equipment may be down, but that's not the employees fault.

Extremely rude and condescending employee. Baliggerant and degrading people having technical problems with self service copiers. Twice I have been treated very rudely. I used to run a kinko's myself, so I know the equipment and what is wrong. The card reader wasn't functioning. I was berated by the black, male employee. I will never return... sure that makes everyone happy.

Not all flash drives work on their self-service printers. Fed Ex charges you a 10.00 minimum unless you put money on their card.
So, when you explain the situation to the counter people, they don't listen or don't care.
The price for assistance is a minimum of 2.50.
Yesterday's print total:
4.28 for 6 copies!
Exorbitant. Must be made of gold. NOT!

Kerri needs training on customer service and she needs a better attitude. I don't know how she still has a job here. She has terrible customer service and a terrible attitude! If you don't like your job go get a new one!! There's absolutely no reason to treat your customers with such disrespect.

I'm very concerned on this people because I was last Tuesday Make some copies personal staff I was really private information in this people stolen some information of my copy's and leaked in social media you cannot trust this people I a was really sensitive personal information and they leaked in social media and share whit hackers that way they can post that information don't trust this people they so unprofessional

I have worked with this location for large format printing and other commercial type printing projects for several years meaning some weeks we may send them 50 + oversize plotting projects and all I can say is these people are awesome to deal with. They are cordial, professional and very attenative to my companies requests and needs. We are set up to do our own plotting for oversize plans & related documents etc....BUT they do such a good job I cannot justify having this work done in house anymore. I know I can email them what I need and it will get done properly and trouble free. If you need something done that is within thier scope of work I would HIGHLY recommend them....Good Job Guys & Gals it is much appreciated as always. One suggestion I would make, if you need something done and done right take it to them but don't expect something to be done in minutes, I am sure they would try to but give them time to do your work properly so it is done right and stress free.
