Came to ship a return back to Walmart. Told that I needed another box around the product packaging. That does not sound right since Walmart instructions did not say that. Not sure who is right, but this needs to be fixed.

The service at this place sucks, they act like you are bothering them, if I could give them a minus one star I would! Save your time and frustration and go someplace where your business is appreciated.

This location will ship and do what you need. It’s an actual Fed Ex store. Not all of the locations have all the services. We went to a couple before this one, but they didn’t have the service we needed. At this one, we could overnight a letter which is what we were needing. Hope this helps!

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I called ahead and talked to Amber about getting a passport photo and could they email it to me and she said yes! When I got there I spoke to someone else about the same thing, but he said they can not email, because they don’t know how to bill for it? He said that they could email, but because they don’t know how to bill, they will not help? Terrible customer service, with no attempt to help their customer! The worst part of this was that I was an executive with FedEx when the mantra was take care of your people, they will take care of your customers/service and profit will come!! PSP They have lost the mission of the founder Fred Smith! Terrible

I dropped a package off i needed returned & it was sent back to my house. So i came back here to tell them what happened & get it sent back again, & the guy was SUPER rude & was arguing with me in the middle of the store in front of other customers. He got defensive about it getting sent back to my house instead of it being returned trying to say it was my fault when all i did was hand a worker the package & they handled it all. Instead of just taking it & letting me leave, he had to make it a point to argue with me & blame it on me. It was an older guy wearing a button up.

Just left the location at 63rd & May. I was assisted by Joseph. Just commenting on a pleasant experience and he was so helpful. Not all my experiences at this location have been wonderful so Joseph was a breath of fresh air, with a great attitude! He’s a keeper!

I used this location to shop a pkg internationally to my daughter. The trainee that helped me messed up the paperwork and the pkg has been held up in customs for 2 weeks. I went into the store today to explain the issue. I knew they couldn’t fix it but I expected an apology. The manager argued with me that it wasn’t their mistake! Unbelievable! So rude ! Will never go there again. I also went to UPS that day to ship something and they were extremely helpful! Going to UPS for now on!

I went to the store on 63rd and May to have something printed they was very rude and very unprofessional and I was the only customer there. It was no other customers in the store and I couldn’t get no help.

Don't go to this office the employees there are very stupid and when it tells you when you print $2.50 for 3 pages it charges your credit card 10.00 they are thieves..
