I went to the store on 63rd and May to have something printed they was very rude and very unprofessional and I was the only customer there. It was no other customers in the store and I couldn’t get no help.

Don't go to this office the employees there are very stupid and when it tells you when you print $2.50 for 3 pages it charges your credit card 10.00 they are thieves..

Jonathan and his team were in point yesterday. I'm traveling in the area for work. This is not my usual FedEx but you wouldnt know it the way they treated me. They have three copy stations stocked w the extras you need such as stapler, staple remover, rubberband, paper clips ..... they offered to print a label for me and taped a box so it's ready to go. Every staff member I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. This location is very clean.

I've started selling on mercari and have shipped from this location 3 or 4 times in the last few weeks. I always bring my packages ready to scan, I'm just dropping them off - so I don't know how they are in shipping preparation assistance, but for my needs, I've had a good experience and no issues. Temperament from employees has ranged from neutral to upbeat, and I have not personally experienced any rudeness. The location is convenient for me and I plan to continue utilizing it.

Do not use this facility it has caused more trouble than what it is worth. I tried to send a package to my fiance in another country. They didn't go through proper procedures for me to ship my package. I am having trouble with customs because of incompetent people. They should have gotten all information from me before sending the package. Instead they rushed me out the door and didn't even get the information from me and sent the package. When trying to have th send the package back they said I needed an account to have it sent back. This is not a good company to use find someone better than FedEx.

Designed and submitted job online, came in next day to pick up...took an hour mostly because of two employees working and three chatting... even if they couldnt help, acknowledgement would go a long way
