Referring to FedEx shipping in general. FedEx shipping claim they deliver out in the country but don't if your dogs are out running free. Well news alert, almost everyone in country have free roaming dogs! If you can't deliver with dogs then u need to be kept in city limits! Or choose a new career! So basically FedEx doesn't deliver in country like they claim!

Just the absolute worst customer service you can find in a company. Out of the last 3 packages they were supposed to deliver to me, they lost 2! Then this 3rd one is delayed by days because they can't follow their own schedule. Its infuriating because you also can't reach a human on the phone for any help. If you do finally reach a human after hours of automation, they will not help you either.

Constantly losing items shipped. Or massive delays. Or items never make it. Horrible service. Don't recommend ever using FedEx.

I came in to pick up a package. They were very quick and courteous. When I receive packages from FedEx, I prefer to pick them up.

Absolutely trash service center... incompent employee was the first person to Greer me after 5 minute wait. Then informs me that the most capable looking fed ex site is not set up in anyway to print have an email label printed at this facility. I thought it was 2024. Now i have to drive 40 minutes to another fed ex that is far far out of my range. This needs attention technology is too mastered. Task are too simple for this to be an inconvenience to customers.

Poor customer service. Went in today as my package had arrived at this location already late past due date (but not going to be delivered for 4 more days due to holiday) I paid extra to expedite, red flag number one. If my package is here, and I travel across town to get it, LET ME GET IT. The man I spoke to look led up the tracking in the system and told me he “couldn’t access the box it was in” but yet didn’t leave the front counter to look or try. Now my family member will be missing half there Christmas gifts, thank for nothing FedEx.

The customer service was top notch, and very efficient. Prices to ship are quite reasonable and competitive. The difference is the way Fed X handles the packages. The packages are treated as if the items were theirs, and because of that, I don't ever get complaints about broken or damaged merchandise. I am really impressed!

Had 2 prepaid labeled boxes to ship that required dropping off at actual FedEx shipping location. Easy location to access and friendly helpful gentleman got everything shipped and gave receipt. Recommend

I had a really bad experience with this location last week. Was waiting on a package to arrive from FedEx overnight. I woke up, logged into my account and updated the delivery status every ten minutes. Status said, “out for delivery. You package should be delivered between 10am and 12pm,” or something to that effect. At ten thirty I hit the refresh button and it said, “We’re sorry we missed you. It seems as though no one was there to sign for your package.” The envelope was not a “signature required,” they never knocked on my door and if they did, they did not leave me a door tag saying they had missed me. They simply did not attempt the delivery and falsified the reason for no delivery. My package was a business payment heck for $6,000. My wife was sitting at the front window making sure we did not miss the driver. I was livid. The message told me I could pick my package up from this location at noon.I got to the location at 11am and went inside to tell the staff that my package had not been attempted to be delivered and asked if they could get ahold of the driver to re-attempt. Basically the guy behind the counter told me I was a liar and that the package had to be attempted to be delivered and that their drivers are not like that. Kept my calm. Told them I would wait for my package on location. The guy behind the counter told me I should come back at 12:30. Again, I told him I would be waiting on location to pick my package up when it got there. 12 o’clock rolls around. A new staff member, a new experience. This staff member was nice but obviously stressed out (over worked possibly) and a little peeved I had come to pick up my package at noon. The time their system told me I could pick it up. She went to the back and found my package. I’m happy with my experience with the lady that handed me my package. The previous staff member could use a lesson or two on customer service. The driver needs to be reprimanded for falsifying a delivery attempt. If he did actually attempt the delivery, which he did not, why would he not leave a door hanger saying, “sorry we missed you?”
