I work for a larger business in the City of OKC and we have been disappointed with FEDEX before COVID but they have used the pandemic to be lazy and terrible. If we had the option we would never receive products from FedEx because they do not care if your packages are received, open, damaged, or if they are delivered to the correct person or place. I have attempted to call them about the driver who leaves packages worth six figures on the doorstep or just somewhere near the building and they do not seem to care. I highly recommend using UPS or Post Office or carrier pigeon if you want to count on your packages being delivered even moderately safe.

FedEx is so rarely on time and loses packages. The customer service is abysmal. The customer service reps don’t know anything beyond what is on the website. I can track my food deliveries by someone in their personal vehicle better than Fedex. No wonder Amazon stopped using them.

I have lost three packages to Fedex already, and probably about to lose another one!! Customer service is absolutely NO help; their website says if you make a profile you can change the destination, but it wouldn’t let me. The customer service hotline said there is nothing they can do about it, even though they JUST picked it up. I am so livid!!! This package was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and now since NFLShop ships FedEx, I’m probably going to have to find a different one.

This location next to OKC airport doesn't appear to be open to receive packages from the public any more.2 weeks ago I dropped one off, and now the windows are blacked out "Only those with a badge beyond this point"

Some of their drivers are terrible. One of the ones in our area doesn’t want to deliver packages so he just doesn’t. The shipment center knows it, and has agreed he shouldn’t be working for them. Then I get this package today with handle with care on it. It is literally the worst package I have received. UPS and Amazon Prime do a great job. Not this FedEx.

I will have to agree with Adriana Reyes and several other people who have left similar reviews, the OKC Fedex Hub (Freight Hub) has a deplorable reputation. The drivers and/or management are in fact, without a doubt, pathological liars who suffer from a mythomania condition that has most likely become part of their training routine. Example: I was expecting a freight delivery which left Texarkana TX, routed through Dallas, to OKC metro for delivery. Delivery was scheduled for 7-5-19 (I had updates sent to my phone and checked online). I was at the scheduled delivery location (a Police Department) from 1000 to 2300 hours on this date, NO DELIVERY ATTEMPTED. We are a 24/7 police department so there is ALWAYS someone here. FedEx website now shows that the delivery was not made because the business is closed. Closed? Is that the best lie they could generate? We don't close! Now the updates show the package en-route to Harrison, Arkansas (5 hours in opposite direction). Of course Customer Service is a complete wast of time as the only answer they can generate is "sorry, that location is closed, call back Monday". Its a wonder how they stay in business. Hey FedEx, its called ETHICS. Try it sometime.

On delivery truck twice and no attempt was made for delivery! Ridiculous to have a scheduled delivery day and be on the truck for delivery, but yet still have not received my package! I am so glad I was not needing these gifts on a specific day or else I would have been screwed because Fedex decided my delivery was just not important apparently. Never ordering from that website again just so I don't have to deal with Fedex again.
