Went in on 4/7/2026, the girl and guy working there helped me out by letting me try some of the available sizes of a shoe I wanted. The didn't have my size, but because of their help I was confident in ordering the shoe in the size that would fit me from JD Sports' website.

Came in with low expectations due to JD's horrible reputation, but I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and hospitality of the employees. One particular employee named Jimmy helped me and my son find a nice fitting pair of shoes that he likes. Will visit again!!!
