I got my medium sub with less than normal meat and lettuce that I usually have..tried to call 3 times no one answered. couldn’t make it it back today.. if you could make this right.. it would be greatly appreciated

I sent my daughter to purchase me a sub. I was upset she ordered a small sub. She told them no mayo and to add deli mustard, extra mustard. I received mayo on my sub and I'm allergic to mayo. I didn't know until after we got home and they would be closed at this time. There was no receipt given to contact or do the survey. Please make sure you listen for the request if someone doesn't want something on their sub. I will wait a while before I come back. I will not come after 7pm.

The potato soup is surely not loaded. It is potato with a slight resemblance to soup. Yall charged extra for bacon or cheese. Where I come from, comes when you pay for loaded! I just lowered my rating cause the AI generated review response!

This place is just as good as it used to be before it closed for a time. It's now under new ownership I believe, but it literally shines even brighter than it did before with it's new coat of paint.

Today’s experience at this location felt like I was being punked on a tv show! I can’t believe firehouse would have an employee representing their business who apparently hates their job. I walked into this building with a smile on my face looking forward to enjoying one of the wonderful sandwiches that I love. I was not acknowledged nor greeted when entering the building when there was absolutely no one else in line. All employees were roaming around doing nothing. I sat at the register where one employee was in front of the register looking down appeared to be counting money, which she never greeted me.As I continued to wait patiently she finally said after 6 mins. went by “Oh the other girl is going to help you.” I said ok. The other girl (black girl) had this mean look on her face as if she is disgusted with her life continued to ignore me. She walked to the cooler behind the register, looked in, stared at it for a minute then closed it and walked back over to the register. Never said a word. By this time 5 or so more minutes had went by. I said to her with a smile, “ Is the register not working for you today?” She gave me this look then rolled her eyes along with her head and said:”WHAT DO YOU WANT “ my first reaction was she can’t be an employee here talking and acting in this manner with a paying customer. Customer service is what keep you in business so why would you have someone who have this kind of attitude interacting with customers who determine your business? This type of service is unacceptable in so many ways. I will never be back because as customers we want GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We all have our bad days, but we have to know how to be balanced and keep our attitudes and issues outside the workplace period. Put her in the back doing dishes or something if she don’t want to deal with the customers. Definitely need to be fired and retrained to understand how important customer service is to the business. Please don’t visit this location if you’re looking for a good experience!!

Please stop hiring people who can't read English. It's a bit sad that your employees can't read but either teach them to read or quit hiring people that read below 3rd grade level. An online order literally has line-by-line instructions and you still make it wrong...not acceptable when you're charging $10+ for a 6"

I always order online and this time when I got there I said my name loud told them I'm here to pick up my food like they say on the app just head to the whatever to pick up your food and all of the sudden a young just came over and gestures to me that she needed to see a proof that's my food and I told her my name because I haven't picked up the food yet and I asked her what kind of proof she needed and why she basically said anything to prove her it's my food told me it's holiday time and people coming over stealing food I guess I look like someone who steals sandwiches I have ordered there before before they closed and never experienced anything like that I will never step foot in there anymore period

The food was great. However, for $27 (2 medium subs, 1 bag of chips and one drink) my order should be accurate. The wrong labels were put on our sandwiches and how hard is it to put NO TOMATO??? Am I speaking a foreign language?
