Great service! Arrived at scheduled time. Fixed our fireplace that wasn't working, and cleaned the glass! Super efficient. Josh was very nice and professional. Will call them again if needed. Highly recommend.

As I write this, I am enjoying our new ventless gas logs installed by Zane a week ago. Every part of dealing with Fireplace Specialties has been better than expected. We met Alex when he came out for the initial survey and all my questions were answered completely.They recommended Don-Co Plumbing for running the new gas line to the fireplace, and they were fantastic too.Zane invited us to look over the log sets in his showroom near Reno & Council. We met with him and found a great looking 30" set that he had in his stock. It was going to be a week or better before he had room in his schedule, but with a dinner party scheduled over the weekend, he made a special trip and got us installed just in time. Start to finish, Zane had the gas logs installed in 35 minutes.Highly recommended Fireplace Specialties and have already sent one customer his way...!!!!

There were some concerns with the overall price of our service and products. After expressing my concern, Zane called immediately and rectified the situation in a professional manner. Although I’m still surprised at the costs (although likely fair for our service), this company has earned my future business simply from the customer care. The technician was kind and helpful and the owner was willing to earn my business with a phone call to rectify a minor situation. Well done.

Josh was soooo nice and helpful! He explained everything to us while showing what he was doing. He even made the fireplace look better after he put it back together. He fixed our issue and was quick! We would recommend them to anyone needing their services!! Thank you Josh!!!

Zane and Josh were awesome. I had some concerns with my 91 year young Mom. Did not want her to use fireplace unless it was inspected. They checked everything.iIwas very comfortable with their knowledge. I will use them next year for a yearly check up.

We are over the moon with our fireplace remodel from Zane's team. They really listened and brought our vision to life.
