The level of disappointment is unreal. My teenager had a low tire leaving work. I advised her to stop by Bridgestone and have them to check it out. I was surprised when she told me they sad she would have to come back the following day. Made no sense but it was late in the day and they closed within the hour. Fast forward to today I took the vehicle back at 8 a.m this morning. I needed to handle some other business so I opted to drop the vehicle off. By 11a.m still no word so I called them, Brice told me that the vehicle was being worked on and it shouldn’t be much longer. At noon I go to the shop considering still no word. As soon as I see the parking lot I realize the vehicle hasn’t even been touched. It wasn’t being worked on. I walk through the door and ask the guy behind the desk for an ETA and he tells me another hour. A lady in the waiting room ask me what could’ve taken them since 8, was it a major repair? I then told her it was just a low tire. She proceeded to tell me why she was here and that she had only waited an hour. I am super disappointed to say the least and honestly probably won’t be back.

Very unhappy . Have life time alignment and made an appointment to have it realigned. Sat there 2 hours and no one touched my car . I ended up leaving after being told it may not even be worked on today

Made an appointment for an alignment. I sat there for an hour . They never touched my car , then said they couldn’t do it til right before closing . When I checked in they said they were almost done with car on the rack . They never touched that car either .

I was driving from Lubbock, Tx to Saint Louis, MO when I noticed I had a slow leak. Firestone was able to assess and get me a new tire without too much of a wait. I even had two dogs that they allowed me to sit with in the lobby until the tire was ready.
