i took my car there on a saturday and they didn’t do anything but switch the air holders saying it was the sensors because my wheel couldn’t hold air and told us to come back so we went back and this guy is complaining about how we came late and it was only 4pm all i wanted was my tire patched but when he looked inside where the workers are they were literally just sitting not doing anything and so i told him if time was a big issue we can find another place and he insisted we didn’t so he told us to go back 7am the next day and we did and i didn’t get my car back until 11am it took them 4 hours just to find a whole in the tire , terrible service all around don’t go if you want your car properly worked on

Brent is a great customer service rep with a direct, no nonsense approach that actually addresses the customer needs instead of the generic song and dance of other service centers. I really appreciate his approach. I'll be back.

Firestone in Moore on Broadway is a great place to have your vehicle inspected. They charge $21.xx for inspection. I like their thoroughness, meticulousness and desire to get me on my way. They are dad-gum good. Ask Mater the greater. He drops off tows here. Dad-gum.

I’ve gone here since I got my first and they have always been honest and great. I’m leaving this review today because it’s obvious they are under staffed and over booked right now. Brent was able to get my wife’s car in before we went out of town and it was after hours when he called to pick it up because he stayed late. Brent and his helper were awesome and I hope Firestone knows how lucky they are to have them right now. I can’t say enough good things about them and hope the owners are giving recognition to the ones that deserve it!
