Went in, I admit close to closing, but my nephew and I were just grabbing some candy really quick. It was about 8:37 when we walked in and cashier rudely says “Welcome we close in fifteen minutes.” Then when we got ready to check out, maybe at 7:50, she rang us up and as I swiped my card to pay she doubled over and laid her head down on the counter as if she was too exhausted to hold her body up any longer.
Look I get it, if you’re tired or feeling unwell, but if you can’t work through your shift until an early closing time of 8PM on a Sunday, you probably either shouldn’t work retail or you need to stay home that day. She set a horrible example for my young nephew of what’s appropriate behavior in public and at work. I’ve worked retail my whole life and I never had to lay the entire upper half of my body on the register when I was checking someone out on register. I started to wonder if she was suffering from a medical issue or was drinking or on drugs, because most people are able to stand upright at work.

Worst customer service ever! 10/10 do not recommend, you all need better training!! I have work in retail a lonnggg time and I have never seen a store quite this bad, and I understand you don’t get paid enough, but at least have some common decency to treat other with kindness and respect.

Aaron has the BEST energy!! We did an exchange with no hassle and received the best customer service I have had in a long time. I will go out of my way to come back to this location.

Good morning lady's & Gentlemen I'd was just driving by & was thinking about stopping in there to visit & see what they have in there store but I'd had to get home right away so I'd haven't had a chance to shop in any of these new stores here in Oklahoma City, OK in recent years. So I'd really don't know how to rate this store @ this pleasant time.

Was followed around the entire store by person of staff- made me incredibly uncomfortable. Told the cashier that checked me out ( BECAUSE I PAID FOR THE ITEMS I GRABBED) & all the cashier did was apologize. The entire outside of the store is covered in litter- should've been a giveaway that this location is TRASH.
