They have absolutely N 0 things there. And if I went somewhere to buy something, it would be Ross, cheaper and Better quality. The only good thing is I got $5 Yoga mats some exercise .. Covied should have took them out

Love coming here, but recently I Came here to shop this place is unorganized, workers are rude, and don’t even try to make customer happy. Once I got to check out I was paying with cash and the girl upfront didn’t even try to find change for me, she looked at it and said she doesn’t have change, and she proceed to check out the next customer.

I’ve worked in a store like this a long time ago: a small store footprint but with all the items and stock from a much bigger store. The end result is the entire place is crowded, disorganized and a mess.
Five Below is getting worse all the time. By worse I mean Family Dollar level of dirty and disorganized. Seems the employees and management don’t care much about the impression the store lives on customers.
I know it’s a cheap retail store but there’s no excuse for the store to look like a cat 4 tornado hit the place on a weekday.

Staff members were very pleasant, and I found what I wanted, but the store was a mess! There were misplaced items and toy wrappers from obvious shoplifting everywhere.
