Not recommended at all... they don't deliver the flowers you order and when you call them they are rude.. were supposed to re-place the next day didn't finally after 2 days they did & it was the same thing, like really!! & soo expensive like heck no!

I ordered specialty flowers through 1800 flowers it was sent here 3 days before the delivery date, and they waited til the last minute to cancel my order. So when I called to ask why she said um, we are closing call back tomorrow. I told her no, thank you. My event is tomorrow.

Believe the reviews received flowers for my birthday and so disappointed in the quality. My flowers from the grocery store looked better and these were over $90 premium floral arrangement.

My boyfriend surprised me by ordering a beautiful bouquet at my door! Great service and very kind, even in this cold weather :) They also smelled very nice. I appreciate all that you do!

I do not recommend flowerama for flowers, due to the fact my wife ordered me flowers for our anniversary and we received them and they look like they were about 3-4 days old pictures to prove sunflower, should not be already look like they were sitting on the counter for several days, very unhappy with them, and not for her spending $75 for these and then the roses were literally looking like trash. Everything looked horrible. and then, when we called the manager, she was very disrespectful about it Do not recommend do not buy unless you are OK with this. I don’t wanna give them any stars, but I have to give them at least one

I ordered through 1-800-Flowers on the website for our 18th wedding anniversary. My wife and I both work at the same hospital. I specifically asked they be delivered to the ICU (where my wife works as a nurse). I was notified about the flowers being prepared around 10am via email. At 2:15pm I received both a text and email saying the flowers have been delivered. Only one problem, they weren't! When I called 1800flowers they we unable to reach the florist by phone. I searched everywhere for the flowers and I couldn't find them. Then I'm told the moron who delivered the flowers said they dropped them off at the front desk, and the front desk said they couldn't find any employee by my wife's name. Three lies this idiot told. 1: I checked the desk at the main entrance and ER, no flowers. 2: it's Sunday, there is no one at the front desk. 3: most obviously, we were working together so I know for a fact the weren't delivered, and even though I specifically said to deliver to ICU they never showed up. I wad in the ICU at the time I received the delivery confirmation. After called 1800flowers several times, I had the manager call my wife to apologize for ruining this surprise. This manager wasn't too bright herself since she started the conversation with my wife by saying "happy birthday". I told them each time I called that it was our anniversary and she tells my wife happy birthday. Let that sink in. My wife agreed to receive the flowers the next day at home. I'm writing this review to not only never ever recommend Flowerama since they couldn't following instructions so simple a retarded monkey can execute, but also to not go through 1800flowers either.

I’d give no stars if I could. My husband ordered me flowers. Delivery set for today. He texted me and said there was a delivery for me. I walk outside and no delivery. However there was a note saying sorry they missed me. I was confused because I was home all day and I never heard a knock or bell. Nothing. They say they left them with my neighbor. I’ve never met my neighbor. I just moved here. So I go over anyways and knock. No one is home. So I call the shop. The rude lady on the other end proceeds to tell me it’s my responsibility to get ahold of the neighbors to get my delivery. We go back and forth for awhile because she’s so rude. I tell her. I am not comfortable knocking on someone’s door I do not know. I have a very small child and that’s not something I’d like to do when it gets dark. She tells me that I must not have heard the knock. And that she has no clue that i don’t know my neighbor. When I asked why they didn’t leave them on my porch like normal she said “the man said it’s too hot out”. Its 80. Which is not even nearly as hot as it’s been. She proceeded to hang up multiple times and call me to scold me for being upset that they failed and had poor business management. She called me back one last time as I was on my way out of my front door to go down to the store to grab my child juice. She said “my delivery driver is going to your neighbors. Should we give them to you or leave them on the porch” I explained to leave them on the porch as I had to run an errand. She then starts screaming at me that “you’re not even home but you’re calling yelling at me”. I told her 10 times I was home all day and now it’s almost 6 and my child needs juice. To leave them on the porch. I got home and there is still no delivery. We will never use this place again. The lady was so rude. Worst customer experience.

I placed an order online on Saturday May 13th for my Aunt for Mother’s Day to be delivered on Sunday May 14, 2023 thinking that I’d be lucky for them to be delivered by Monday or Tuesday.I received a phone call from my Aunt 4 hrs after I placed the order that she’s received the flowers!!!! I’ve never had a company follow through with an order so quickly!!!I thank you Flowerama for such swift and timely delivery!! 5 stars from me to you!! ?. Thank you so very much!!! ??♀️❤️

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST floral shop I have ever had an encounter with. I placed a Mother’s Day order of Calla Lillies through Teleflora two weeks prior to Mother’s Day. My order was scheduled to be delivered the day after Mother’s Day. It never arrived. I contacted Teleflora regarding the non-delivery. The shop promised it would be delivered the next day. Day two rolls around…. No delivery. I call Teleflora once again and they cannot get in touch with the florist, so Teleflora files Complaint #1. Day three of no delivery… Teleflora contacts the florist again. This florist states it’s out for delivery and will be there by 7pm. 9pm comes, still no calla lilies. DAY. FOUR. My mom finally gets a floral arrangement full of CARNATIONS! I call Teleflora ONCE AGAIN. They issue me a full refund and file Complaint #2. But wait…. That’s not all…. The florist then proceeds to CALL MY MOTHER to explain how it’s not acceptable to get a complaint filed against her. After hearing about this conversation from my mom, I called the florist myself to explain how they missed the mark on literally every business checkpoint to ensure you have a happy customer. The florist then LIES to me (after previously stating she spoke to my mom) that she has no clue who called my mom but that I can’t hold everything that happened against her because she was swamped with business. When I told her at that point she needed to send it back to Teleflora to have another florist cover it or to let me (HER CUSTOMER) know so we could hopefully get this resolved, she chose to less than HALF A** the job and deliver it four days late with the cheapest flower you can buy but have the audacity to contact my recipient to explain there’s no reason for her to be upset……. DO NOT EVER USE THIS FLORIST AND PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE BY TELLING TELEFLORA TO NOT SEND YOUR ORDER TO THEM. THEY ARE COMPLETE TRASH.

My husband has been getting flowers for me at this shop for the last three months, and I told him to go somewhere else if he wants to get me flowers. The lady in charge has been so rude every time my husband has bought her OVERPRICED flowers. My husband showed her a picture of a Cow themed bouquet, and she proceeded to ask him over and over “Are you sure you want to get that for Valentine’s Day”. Super judgmental! Don’t waste your time or money here unless you want horrible customer service for mediocre flowers.
