Went in to make a quick return & during that time I witnessed a very rude customer be unnecessarily disrespectful to Casey as she was trying to assist with her needs. The customer was disputing the price that the shoes rang up for. Casey ultimately called over Talia for some help and when Casey stepped away to cover the area Talia was covering the lady asked Talia if Casey was a new employee because she “act slow & dumb, or retarded or something” Talia politely asked the customer, “ please don’t be rude” and I wanted to give both of these lovely’s credit for providing exceptional service with a smile despite the rude, disrespectful and unnecessary comments made by the customer. They both are sweet, polite, and very helpful! The world needs mor managers like Talia!

My kid loved the shoes! That's about the only good thing that came about from going there. The cashier don't have any customer service skills and need some training. Doesn't speak to acknowledge customers, but REQUIRES a email for a PRINTED receipt. And I never got the emailed receipt. I was just going to say never mind and go somewhere else but didn't have time. I won't shop here again. Luckily the shoes fit and she like them since I don't have a receipt. If that is a requirement, hopefully more people have the chance to just say forget it because it ridiculous.

They had a great selection, friendly service but no special wide width shoes for children. And using there web sight was difficult to even register and navigate... Lol however I am sure for those children with normal sho needs...it's a great place.????️?️?️?️?️?️???

I get that its hard to find workers these days, but this places employees are bottom of the barrel. Dont waste your time here. Even the managers are unwilling to help. They all seem terribly rude and miserable.

Didn't have the shoes nephew wanted. The saleswoman ordered from online. When we got back to the hotel, my nephew looked them up online. They were "women's" shoes. Went back the next day. They said I couldn't cancel the order at the store, I have to call the 800#. Sat down and called it from inside the store. They cancelled the order but said I had to get a refund from the store. OMG. Why? It's the same company! So I handed the manager the phone (the guy who couldn't cancel my order) so he could here the information first hand. He returns my phone, goes in the back & doesn't return for 15 minutes. Then he realizes I'm not leaving so he had to come back on to the sales floor. It took another 20 minutes for him to actually issue my refund. He had to call the 800# for assistance. The whole thing left a bad impression of the company as a whole. The original salesperson should not have ordered those shoes for a boy. If I placed the order in the store, I should have been able to cancel it there. Why didn't the manager get the proper information from the person who spoke with me on the phone? What if I was already out of state when I cancelled the order? Would I have had to drive back 290 miles? Not how people should conduct business. Don't have these problems when I order online from other businesses.
