Came in thinking I was gonna be in and out already knowing exactly what I wanted and when asking for the size shoe I needed had no one greet me until the manager said something the her staff and even after I was told they didn’t have my size I had to go out of my way to ask if they could order them for me in my size and just got ignored js go to finish line they were actually helpful

Went to Quail Springs mall to 4 different stores to spend Bday money...went to Champs, Hibbets and Buckle and at Foot Locker was greeted when we entered,very nice. Aaliyah V was my help for our shopping experience. Great job even had suggestions on different fits. She even checked and bagged our purchased plus she made an online order for me due to being sold out in store. Good job Aaliyah P(cashier)

Went into the Quail Springs store today around 1pm looking for shoes for my son. There were no customers in the store and one young lady working the counter. Never once did she acknowledge us or offer any help. When I did finally ask her for a certain size shoe she gave me a look like I ruined her day and immediately said that is the only one they had. Absolutely unwelcoming and unapproachable. Would rather shop online then deal with these type of workers. Will never step foot in this store again.

There was plenty of staff but seemed to be hiding in the back room. Every time we come here to purchase expensive shoes, we have to look for someone to help us. Finally, a plain clothed, no name tag wondered over, and I asked if he worked there, and he said yeah. The selection wasn't good, but it is back to school. Customers shouldn't have to look for someone to help them.

Had to exchange shoes for a bigger size for some I got as a gift. Was told to talk to manager, Ramiro (I think that was his name) we get there and he's the only male there. So we wait for him about t minutes while he talked to another customer. Until we realized he was gossiping and flirting with the guy. We finally went to the counter where the ladies helped us but seemed annoyed they the shoes where not brought to the register and waiting for us like we where told they would be. But the ladies still did their part to make sure we got what we needed. Thank you ladies.

Called they said they could price match, but I needed to come show them the ad to order over the phone and she just hung up instead of talking and explaining anything footlocker hires the rudest unqualified people I'm trying to call back to talk to mng they won't even answer I'm gonna get her name
