parking outside apptmt at 10 am, arrived at 9am, got in door at 1:47pmperson on the phone was friendly.tight place! especially with other trucks or trailer parked on the side.about 43ft distance (measured with my own10ft tape) from the yellow post the front of my bumper.even the box truck backed in a bit slowly. lol
