His compassion and attention to detail to every thing involved in making sure that your needs are met is just 100% outstanding. When you lose a family member the stress is through the roof. Rulon makes everything so easy and does not push anything that you don't want or need. I lost the love of my life. We were together for 42 years and to try and explain how hard my loss is, is indescribable. But Rulon and all of the staff of Bill Eisenhour made everything as perfect as possible for the situation.
