Our firm has used this company for over a dozen years and we could not be happier. Always friendly, fast response and resolution times. JJ is always so attentive and friendly whenever I call. From the sales dept, maintenance and technical dept., We have received nothing short of excellent professional assistance and services above and beyond our expectations. Running an office you deal with all types of companies, and unfortunately too many of them are difficult to get assistance or support for your account or product, that has never been the case with Fuzzell's, it has always been the easiest and most pleasant experience, and we get a quality product, service and pricing that has kept us loyal to this awesome team! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Technicians are great but I would pay to never talk to the lady answering the phone again. They should double her salary for her to stay away and their business would improve. We have used them for 8 years and it is always a problem!!!!

Hired them to repair a typewriter and their service was TOP NOTCH!!! JJ was very helpful and had it repaired in a very timely manner, I highly recommend them!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I brought our copier in for repair from our office in western Oklahoma on a Friday morning. It is extremely heavy and they carried in for me. Within about 30 minutes they called me to tell me the estimated cost for repair which I felt was reasonable. I told them to proceed with the repair and asked when it might be finished. They said they could get it done that day, and in fact called me about 1.5 hours later to tell me it was ready to go! When I picked it up they put it in my car for me. I was shocked at how quickly they repaired our copier. It meant a lot that I did not have to make another 2 hour trip to pick it up. Kudos to Ron!

I have used Fuzzells for purchase/service of my small business copiers since 2008. Sadly, their customer service has declined dramatically in the last three years. One recent issue has me researching other options for a maintenance contract. Save yourself a headache, don't bother.

Between 2 companies I have worked for, I've been around Fuzzell's (servicing our machines) for up to 15 years....! In these long years, I can say they are an amazing company. They are friendly, down-home yet professional, and faithful. I have never had a bad experience with them! Thank you Fuzzell's for all you do in making my work life smoother the two places I've worked!

I have so far enjoyed working with this company! Joe is amazing and helped me convert what we requested into more of what we actually needed for less money. Super informational and helpful with ALL printers that I have thrown his direction. I haven't had an issue with any office staff here, they have all been super friendly and helpful as well!!

I just called to order ink for the business I work with this morning and the lady on the phone was incredibly rude. She wanted me to get an extra product that my boss had not authorized me to purchase. She insisted it was free but I told her I am not authorized to purchase anything but ink! She kept insisting my printer would go down if I didn't get it, so pushy after I just told her even if it was an amazing thing, I can only pass along the message to my boss. I told her that I had never had this problem ordering ink before, although this company has never been friendly, but this crossed a line. She said, "Well, if the printer goes down, oh well." WHAT THE HECK. This lady needs seriously needs some more training in customer service. I would never be allowed to talk to a customer like that.

There isn't a better group of people. They have taken care of our needs at Hearts for Hearing for 10 years. I wouldn't think of using anyone else for our business machines.
