I don’t normally criticize a business but this place takes weeks for estimates, lost paperwork. Wouldn’t call back, no storms, in other words not a busy time. Down talked other repair shops saying they are better.

Kamen and the team at GW & Son took wonderful care of our 2016 BMW M3. They coordinated all the various repairs and worked with our insurance company so we didn’t have to worry about it. They kept us in the loop and delivered a perfect repair that looks beautiful It was a pleasure to work with them. Thank you!

Wonderful experience getting busy service for my car! They are incredibly communicative about the entire process and very clear with the process. Super quick! Friendly staff and most importantly, my ten year old car looks brand new! Thank you! If I have the need for more body work, will definitely be back here!

Beware!! I took my truck in to get a quote and later agreed to let them do the work. I dropped my truck off on my way out of town and 3 hours later received a call stating that the technician was having a hard time getting the hood off and didn't want to mess with it. I could either come pick up my truck or they would throw another hood on it for double the price. When I complained they did not care at all. Shady business that I will certainly never go back to.

I JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM NICK TELLING ME THAT HE CAN GET MY TESLA MODEL S IN FOR REPAIR ON MONDAY! I WAS IN A TIME CRUNCH TO BE MOVING TO ANOTHER STATE AND WANTED TO HAVE G W & SON DO THE REPAIR FROM A FENDER BENDER. I HAD TO CANCEL MY ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT DUE TO AN INSPECTION APPOINTMENT IN THE STATE WHERE WE ARE MOVING. NICK SAID HE WOULD SEE WHAT HE COULD DO AND WOULD CALL ME BACK IN THE AFTERNOON. HE DID CALL ME AND THEY WILL GET MY TESLA IN FOR REPAIR ON MONDAY MORNING. THAT IS WHAT I CALL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SO APPRECIATE NICK AND GARY FOR MAKING THIS HAPPEN. THANK YOU GUYS AND I HAVE NO DOUBT YOU WILL GET ANOTHER FIVE STARS WHEN I PICK UP MY TESLA! YOU’RE THE BEST!

It will be worth it to take your Tesla to Dallas instead. Took months for our Tesla to be fixed even when we preordered parts. When we did get our car back, it has many issues including post of the repair not done at all and a razor blade scratch on the glass trim inches away from where the repair was. They refused to fix either. Horrible communication as well. Had to call multiple times a week for any update at all
