If I could give zero Stars I would the day after Christmas Asher was beyond awful when we got screwed on two games and she told us and the manager to sell them on Facebook marketplace we came in on Christmas Eve and we bought resident evil for our Xbox we were told that they were compatible with our new game console we did not get the newest one and we did not buy our game console there but we bought the games the wireless controller The game pass spent quite a bit of money they said that they couldn't return the games because they were opened something about copyright infringement which ended up being garbage cuz I came to the Santa Fe location and I was very well taken care of by the manager Brad we didn't even have no direct eye contact she looked like she didn't really care about what we had to say I don't know if it was because of our skin color being a black couple but I felt very out of place I will not be going back to this location because I was very well taken care of at another location with no problem she said if the games were unopened it would have been fine or if it was pre-owned what is the difference between pre-owned and an open game opened is opened and you're telling us about copyright infringement how? Just doesn't make any sense the manager said she worked at Walmart and she's seen copyright infringement being an issue on returning games movies and other things like this I just don't see what copyright has to do with a return she just didn't want to do the return my complaint is on the entire store as well as the person that helped us which is the tall Caucasian heavy set guy because they should have checked when we showed the label as to what we had and the resident evil game was not compatible with Xbox One

Didn’t open for the bo6 midnight release which all GameStop hours said they would be open at midnight, me and some others were there waiting and all had to leave… guess having physical copies or opening releases was something we grew up excited about and just as we get there things get wildly expensive and flat out just don’t happen…

The team members are generally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Has a decent selection of games for all current systems, outside of PC - which I don't see many good for anymore (at GameStop specifically). Don't spend too much time looking around when waiting in line though. They've set it up to where all the novelty items are easily visible/available and you WILL leave with a squish mellow or a pokemon cup if you're not careful.

I am deeply saddened and disappointed by my recent experience at Game Stop in Midwest City. This is a place I grew up loving, and it breaks my heart to see it take advantage of a kid who loves it just as much as I did.
My son brought in three older games, all in good condition, and was offered a mere $1.80 for all of them. This is not only disgusting but also embarrassing. As adults and experienced professionals, you are the ones we trust to help us make the best decisions. Bravo, I hope you get employee of the month for that.
Imagine doing the right and honest thing by saying, “Little man, you should hold on to those three games. All I can give you is $1.80 for them, and it’s not worth it.” What a shame.

Not bad, store is nice. Although there is one person that is extremely rude there an I have to stop shopping there because it happens every time I go into there, I won't renew my pro membership either.

Let's face it... technology eats it's own. This place will likely go to the same logical end as Blockbuster. Enjoy the brick and mortar while it lasts.
