My husband and I just left this store. We were shopping for jeans. We were in the store for about 45 minutes. There were 3 sales associates working and NOT ONE of them spoke to us!! It would be understandable if the store was busy, but there was only one other customer in the store. They didn’t greet us or say thanks for coming in. We were hoping to take advantage of the sale but struggled to find another item to go with the pair of jeans my husband found. The sales associates did not offer any help. So we put the jeans up and left the store. And the sad thing is, he really liked the jeans.

This was what happened to me on April 1st. I wrote a review on Yelp already. Now I type here one more time to address my concern : My name is Thy Thy Nguyen. I experienced a worst customer service tonight at Gap store in Penn Square mall, Oklahoma City. I was coming to Gap at Penn Square mall tonight at 7:36 P.M. to look for some baby clothes for my cousin's children. There were a man with long black hair and a woman stood next to the door talked to each other. They not only didn't say hi or act friendly toward me, but also looked at my like I am a suspicious person, who tries to steal something, even though I came into the store by holding my phone on my hand. I didn't even carry any handbag. I took 3-4 photos of clothes styles in the baby department and texted my cousin those photos. While I'm leaving, I saw 2 people come in. The long black hair man and a woman greet them nicely. Why did they, the long black hair man and the woman, neither of them say hi to me? It was not that they were mute people. They opened their mouth to greet others. But is that because I'm Asian? They're discriminated me? Well, Asian can spend much more than you think they're going to.I want to inform corporate about this situation that happened to me to gain a better hope that nobody will have to go through what I experienced tonight again. Just hope that corporate will train those two employees more about how to deal with diversity groups of different ethnicity. If not, I think I have to let all my family and friends know about the discrimination of these employees of this specific Gap store. You guys will lose a little bit of income if some people like us never want to shop there anymore.

The sales they had going on were live saving for me as a single dad. Walked out of the store with a little bit of everything. The women in the store were very helpful in finding sizes for my daughter. Thank you for the great customer service and deals !

Staff was awesome though the diversity and men's clothing needs to be a lot better, the style this spring is so blah.

Ordered items on 12/07/2020. Can't get anyone from the company to contact me. Emails are returned saying too busy to respond. 800-old-navy won't answer. I'm seriously pissed right now. These were Xmas gifts. Still want but by the time you ppl get off your a** and send them, they won't fit my grandkids anymore. Wise customer service ever. Spent a lot of money at your store this holiday. Last time ever! Good buy.

Dillard’s should be closed with all the other stores in the Mall for the safety of their Employees/customers if any. It’s not like they sell essentials for survival. Don’t show the latest great buys on your page to entice people to travel unnecessarily. Set healthy examples. Happy, healthy, unstressed employees are very productive and friendly and that’s what keeps people coming back. I won’t be back I can imagine what STRESSED out paranoid employees you must have probably not too friendly either, knowing they have no Idea what they might be bringing home to their families LOCK THE DOORS and take care of your employees. They took care of you$$$$

They need to stop putting their employees and patrons at risk, and allow open carry of firearms. Criminals do not fear laws, they fear repercussions. Open carry is instant repercussions. Stop removing the ability of law abiding citizens to defend themselves. Gun free zones are statistically at extreme risk of mass shootings because no law abiding citizen will be carrying in that zone.

Such a Beautiful Mall in Oklahoma City. So wonderful to still have Mall's because many no longer exist. Very clean, many shop's and Escalator. Also, accommodate for walkers a safe environment, and choices to gather for conversation and eat.
