Great location for this hardware store. Every time I come to this location the customer service is always pretty good and the store stock usually is equivalent to the stock online. It is in a busy location area but surprisingly it is usually never truly ridiculously busy. I definitely recommend this location.

Absolute worst customer service I've experienced in years. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE TO BE DELIVERED.Appliances bought on 1/18/23 for delivery and installation on 1/25. Delivering vendor flaked late the night before, no explanation, had already taken the day off and now was set up for the following week. The following week the truck arrived right on time but the driver explained they couldn't unload the items because the side walk was frozen so it's a safety issue (I understand this part as a real safety issue, but I lost another day of work for it anyway and had been delayed 5 days to this point without explanation). Delivery was re-scheduled again for 2 days later. This was another day off work for me but I waited outside and the delivery window came and went until I finally got a text saying it had been rescheduled for the following week again (another day off work for me). I was livid. The delivery driver told Home Depot he cancelled because he couldn't find my address (was no problem 2 days before with the icy conditions) and the punch line to that joke is my address is LITERALLY RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO THE HOME DEPOT! I decided I didn't want such lying, unprofessional inconsiderate people in my home and as I had now wasted 2 weeks and 3 work days just trying to get my stuff I really didn't want them or Home Depot to have any of my money and I was so angry at this point I didn't want to see these guys in person. I cancelled the order and went to Lowe's. I will never buy from Home Depot again... staff at the HD store seemed slightly embarrassed by this obvious terrible service their vendor (didn't) provide but indicated it's common. An internet search shows many many upset customers with similar stories. My order: H3919-158629, placed in store on Jan 18th for delivery on Jan 25th and cancelled finally on Feb 4th.

I feel so bad to give a one star because of this one bad apple. Jennifer, cashier...horrible and nasty attitude for her age. She's done this twice to me after I ask her a simple question...she literally rolled her eyes and gave me a nasty and scary look. I know home depot is hurting with staff but you need to get lid of this one apple or do some serious teaching/education, if not She will cause more harm than good.

Called in advance at the Quail Springs Home Depot the internet said this store had the tankless water heater we needed none of the 4 others on our side of town had it. so Darin went and was able to confirm that yes they did have that specific heater (last one in OKC area w/o waiting for delivery). It took us an hour to get there and he made sure we got it. Thanks Darin

Very well kept and relatively easy to get help considering the 4th weekend. Pretty crowded so service was busy but approachable. The area was clean.

Home Depot is always pretty awesome right?! I like this home depot as I frequent this one and another here in Oklahoma. I would say this is a decent one!

Home Depot outsources their appliance delivery, install and haul away of old appliances to this company, Daryl Flood Logistics. HUGE mistake. It cost them a sale and a customer. I hope whatever money Home Depot saves by using this horrible company is worth all the customers that it costs them. First set of delivery/installers came out with my fridge on May 3rd. Said he couldn't unhook the old fridge because the water shut off valve was damaged and had to be replaced. Said Home Depot would send a plumber out within 48 hours, he would replace the water shut off valve (at no cost, I asked), the plumber would install the new fridge (they left it in the garage) and they would come back the same day to haul away the old fridge. Come to find out all lies. After 48 hours had passed and I hadn't heard from anyone I called Home Depot. They said it was 48 to 72 hours for a plumber to contact me to schedule something & what I was told was incorrect. I get a call from the plumber that afternoon at around 3:30 pm that he would be at my house in an hour (he just got the ticket faxed to him). Well, he turned off my water shut off valve in two seconds and said there wasn't anything wrong with it. When I asked him about installing the new fridge, he said he doesn't do that, I would have to call Home Depot to get back on the schedule (another lie by the Daryl Flood employee). First I was told one week was the soonest they could get back out but I called again a few hours later because I was so upset about being lied to by some incompetent lazy installer, & they at least moved my date up by 2 days. So Monday morning 2 totally different guys from Daryl Flood show up and they can't get my fridge out of the kitchen between the two counters. They asked me how the other installers got the fridge into the kitchen. I said I don't remember & there wasn't any issue but they probably took the doors of the fridge to get it in & then put them back on when they installed the fridge. Well then I got lied to again. They said they couldn't remove the fridge doors because it voids the warranty. I said first off the fridge you are hauling off is broken & out of warranty so that can't be the case. He then said I could have a "boyfriend or male family member" take the doors off the old & the new fridge, call Home Depot to reschedule the install, but they wouldn't reinstall the doors onto the new fridge I would have to have someone else do it. How were they planning on hooking up the fridge, icemaker, etc. when that is on the fridge door that they claimed they couldn't install??? At that point I was done with this joke of a company & told them to take the new fridge back to Home Depot, I didn't want it. I wonder how many other sales and customers Home Depot has lost using this flim flam shady company? After going back to the store and calling the 1-800 number come to find out the employees are all aware of how bad the service is and all the complaints but yet they still offer it to customers for $179 plus $30 for the haul away. Shameful.

Had been calling all Home Depots around got to this one. Talked to customer service last night to see if they had a certain camera in stock the lady immediately says yes so I drive over an hour there 20 minutes until closing and the cashier told me they were NOT in stock... no time to drive to another one so thanks to her for wasting my time!

I am in Home Depot about 4-6 days per week all over OKlahoma City, OK. I always get the best service when I'm at the Quail Springs Location (Penn And Memorial store.) The old man Tool rental person with arm in sling is VERY RUDE & ILL MANERED! Was in my personal space during COVID. I felt very threatened by his actions. UNSAFE employee. Hostile is an understatement. Unhappy employee should find someplace else to work. WE WONT BE BACK!!
