I had several big bags full of used clothing, hats, belts, kid lunch pales, etc.. A lady came out to greet me with a cart and she helped take several loads inside the drop off center as I unloaded my SUV. She then gave me a tax slip and offered I went. Super Easy! Very helpful and polite staff!

New Review from Saturday June 24th. Very rude staff, Did not say anything to me just handed me a form for reporting the donation to IRS. No smiles or thank you. Very snarky and rude. Won't be donating to Goodwill in the future. Old Review Wonderful organization. Easy and fast.

The drop off center employee was very glad to see us with our load and was very helpful!
