I called this Goodwill location a day ahead, to make sure it would be ok to bring a dining table, dresser set and china cabinet, and the person that answered the phone said it was fine to bring it in. I called ahead again the day of my arrival to make sure it was ok to bring the furniture, and I was told to bring it in. When I arrived, the donation center sent me away without even looking at my items, all they saw was the U-Haul truck and they rejected my donation. A guy came outside and quickly said “my manager said we don’t have room for a U-Haul.”
One worker did offer to take a few items, but after calling ahead only to be rejected, we were no longer interested in donating to this location at all. I had to call around the city looking for a location to donate to, while standing outside of this store.
Not sure what needs to change at this location, perhaps just communication and better understanding of customer service. I am happy that we found a deserving location across the city.

The selection here wasn’t the best, but the household items have a fair amount of inventory to choose from. Staff were friendly, store was clean, and if I lived in the area I would shop here every now and then. Good amount of books as well.

I'm 67 years old went to donate to 3 locations, 2 didn't have room, 1 on NW 122 the man working didn't want a pickup load because it was only him and it was too much work! At the NW Expressway store I made 5 trips and had to unload myself each time. I know you are a for profit company and in future will donate to anyone but you. I donated 1000's of dollars worth today...so lesson learned do it yourself because of all the lazy employees you have. TERRIBLE SERVICE. McARTHUR STORE, NW 122 STORE AND NE EXPRESSWAY STORE!!!
PEOPLE BEWARE THIS IS A FOR PROFIT COMPANY!!!!

Clothes have became expensive at this location. My advice would be have your cashiers actually fold the clothes when bagging do not crumble clothing into a bag. I’m aware that this is Goodwill but still have some respect for the customer that’s purchasing the items. The fact that the young lady crumbled my clothes into a bag was a bit tacky.

So I've gone into this Goodwill a few times in the last few years. They went from having an okay selection with meh staff to having great staff and almost no stock. If I hadn't seen a couple people stocking I would have sworn it hadn't been stocked in weeks. Not sure if I'll come back.

Goodwill was one of my favorite stores but now that you can no longer try on the clothes. It’s not worth it anymore. I used to come home with a bag full and only but 2 items because i could only buy oversized

The store here on Northwest expressway is pretty much one of the worst ones I've been inside of besides the one in Yukon.Just saying, you'd be better off going to the MacArthur store which is about a mile and a half away

I was pretty surprised to see the high prices on some of the items for sale here. Not encouraging enough to go back.

Don’t come here if you want to try on your clothes I guess? How can you close all dressing rooms at a budget clothing store? These people would like to try before they spend their money.
