The store here on Northwest expressway is pretty much one of the worst ones I've been inside of besides the one in Yukon.Just saying, you'd be better off going to the MacArthur store which is about a mile and a half away

I was pretty surprised to see the high prices on some of the items for sale here. Not encouraging enough to go back.

Don’t come here if you want to try on your clothes I guess? How can you close all dressing rooms at a budget clothing store? These people would like to try before they spend their money.

Slowly losing my hope in Goodwills. I understand that their business has grown but they have become ridiculously expensive for donated goods. I just left this particular Goodwill and they lied to me about prices at this location. They had signs all around the store then when I went to check out, the prices raised $2 on some of my items. When I questioned this the cashier told me "well I don't know what to tell you I just scan them" I told him I was lied to and he responded "ok sorry?". Gonna stick to my local thrift stores for awhile.

AVOID this Goodwill!! When going to donate multiple loads of furniture, after setting out only a few items we were told by a staff member that our items were not nice enough. He did not voice this kindly and tried to argue with my partner who had previously worked at a different Goodwill location that did accept items similar to those we brought. The manager then came out, only to argue with my partner more and even agreed to take one item the staff member was refusing, so they were clearly not on the same page. The manager and staff member could’ve easily politely declined things, or just spoken to us better. We even called beforehand to see if we should park in the front or back and the man who answered already had an attitude. For obvious reasons, we did not take the rest of our larger furniture pieces after being treated so poorly. We’ve gone inside of this goodwill before as customers and it seems the management wants this to be a high-end resale shop rather than a thrift store to find affordable and fixer-upper type items. The greed and prissy attitude of the management and staff is absolutely disgusting.

This place is disgusting and the customer service is disgraceful. No employees speak or help you. There was a huge line for checkout and we politely asked one of the other employees to open a fitting for us but we were ignored and pushed away. There was a huge cockroach on the floor with its guts out meaning they killed it but didn't clean it up. DISGUSTING!!!! I recommend driving 7 more minutes down the road to the other Goodwill by Penn Square Mall. I cant say this enough the customer service is horrible and every one should be fired and new management.

DO NOT GO HERE. There are too many goodwill stores to come to this location and pay more for used items than you would pay for new items. I included photo evidence. Why does the globalist corporate shill that runs this location hate poor people? Why does The goodwill on MacArthur and 63rd has normal goodwill prices?

I've visited six "Goodwill" stores around Oklahoma City, Edmond, and Moore store locations and this one is the best location ever!!! It's clean, organized and the workers there are very kind and entertaining, they always bring a smile on my face for years! The items there are the best donations! I found a certified Prada wallet there once priced at five hundred dollars originally but was priced for eight bucks and they always have Coach, Brighton, Michael Kors and Fossil handbags and wallets. Very nice furniture and dishes you name it they fifty percent or ninety-nine percent of the time have it!!!

They now write the price on the sole of shoes with marker that will not clean away from some footwear soles which causes them to be unideal for gifting and sometimes the price is written super huge.

Great place, lots of clothes. Prices could be better, don't understand why the things they get for free are so expensive...
