Hagar is horrible componey they are ripp off they work on my walking freezer that was working 90 percent and charged me over 900$ after a day the freezer totally stop working and now they are saying it’s not resposibility when they left it was working this is awfull after a few hour they are not backing up their job don’t do business with them you put your money in trash

Been using them for years now ..I am 1:45 hours away from them and always prefer them because of their experience, quality of work and they stand behind their service and they have worked their invoices with businesses like mine at times where it mattered the most ..very professional, friendly and knowledgeable..overall great

I needed parts and service to repair my Wok system. They came out and evaluated the situation. They got the parts and fixed the issue efficiently and correctly. Chris, the repair person, was a true professional. The price was great. I will use them again.

I’ve returned many times at hagar, parts they didn’t keep in stock. Never got charged a restocking fee until one day out of the blues!! Over $300 and a couple parts over $300 never got anything back!!
30% restocking fee to walk 20 feet!! That’s a joke. You’ll loose money if you do business with Hagar!!
Highly not recommended!!!

Just started dealing with these guys today, and the service was incredible. Chuck Henninger was very thorough with helping me find parts for a generic range that I have not been able to find parts for anywhere! Chuck went above and beyond, even driving to the warehouse to grab the part we believed was correct and sent a picture so I knew it was the correct part. Amazing service. Will be doing more business with this distributor going forward.

Had the best experience with Mike at the Oklahoma City location. Helped me over the phone, was attentive and saved the day shipping out a missing part I couldn't find anywhere else.

Horrible customer service very sad how they treat people had a guy out today working on the fryers in purcell at pizza Hut think his name was Matt I will make sure next time he's not the one that comes out. It was a wow but the wrong kind some people just have no respect.

If you aren’t willing to pay overtime up front you will be put off for those poor people that MUST pay overtime. I called on a Wednesday and they said they’d let me know when a tech could come. The tech called back on the next Thursday - I said no thanks. It’s a shake down for overtime pay as if they weren’t charging you enough already.

Ask for Ben Wagner, or you'll have to have them come out twice. Ben is their most knowledgeable tech.
