The line to checkout is always a mile long. Stop trying to sign people up for stuff at the register. I just stood in line for 15 minutes while the cashier bantered on to everyone in front of me about the coupon mailers and then had to get everybody's address, phone number, email, etc... This place sucks.

Waiting in line for return. Robert opens another register. He doesn’t call for the next in line (me) he just proceeds to help the guy that jumped around me.Bad service. Go anywhere else.
