I have a life time warranty in a item . I went over there to exange it but the employee refused she said that I missing a small parts that it been broken lol , I asked for manager she bring me a rude supervisor what she didn't even bother her self to listen . There name are Kim and Kristina . They've been extremely rude and unprofessional. And instead of giving me and apology she asked me to not come back to that location again . I've been a harbor friend customer more then 5 years never have a problem until this time . A good old man with the glass was very nice but I notice that he doesn't work there anymore . But this employee need to learn how to treat custumer especially that supervisor kristina .

Went in today 7-12-24 to the NW Expressway location and an employee name Kristina was awesome she was helping everyone including me customer service was top tier she deserves employee of the. It was my first time ever coming to a Harbor freight and the experience I had with her I will continue to come!!!

I'll say this first of all since I can't reply to it directly, the review by L Austin is a flagrant lie. I was in the store that day myself and heard everything that went down. They first started off with snapping their fingers at the bald gentleman like he were a dog just to get his attention, and he even went to their backroom to get retrieve what they requested. I know because he ended up assistingme right after. The girl spent several minutes with them over the accessories they were trying to find and spoke with respect. And at the end of it all, a lady, holding what I assume was a dog walked up to the two, said something, stormed off and I overheard the female employee bid them a good day still, but you could hear the frustration in her voice. The behavior of this couple was arrogant and repugnant at best.

So imagine this scenario folks, May 14th Tuesday, 4pm, no other customers in the store, an elderly couple go into the store to make a purchase of air compressor and several other things. There's a heavy set guy that's bald and a heavy set woman with her hair in a ponytail hanging out at front and talking. The elderly couple ask if they could get some help locating the items they came in to purchase. They stayed at the front of the store and pointed towards the back of the store and said "oh yeah they're down that way" that was the end of the assistance. The elderly couple locates the items eventually and are about to make a purchase of well over $400. But there are some items they need to go with these items they're purchasing and they need some assistance locating the correct accessories and once again they were simply directed with the point of a finger rather than assisting. The couple were having a very hard time and went up and asked if they would please come and assist them on the aisle. The elderly couple were greeted with a roll of eyes and a huff, making the couple feel as if they were a bother by asking these employees to simply do their job. This couple has now decided to leave their purchases sit and to walk away. After all who wants to give their money to someone that is just treated them so rudely and inconsiderate. The elderly woman stopped by the office where there's a manager sitting at a desk and the other two standing in his doorway chit-chatting. She lets the rude woman know they've decided not to make their purchase here and leave. "We feel that we have bothered you enough". The employee looks at her and says " whatever! see ya". Not one of these three people tried to keep a customer. It is as if they were there to just hang out like they're at a bar rather than doing an actual job. I was with this couple and it was the most appalling situation I had ever witnessed in a retail store by employees. The couple wanted to go to this store rather than N. Reno or all the way to Edmond. They said this was the nicest store. Well if this is the nicest store I don't believe I would want to ever give my business to Harbor Freight. We left the store when a half a mile down the road to the Home Depot on Northwest highway the couple not only made all of their purchases their but they got their military discount on top of that, so by going down the street they saved themselves heartache, retained dignity and saved $120 on their purchase. So to Harbor Freight... "see ya"!!

I'm a remodeler, I've used Delta, Rigid stands for my 10" miter saws, I bought the Hercules stand used it today, let me tell you this thing is AWESOME wood rollers, HEAVY duty and very sturdy! I love it

Love this place! I hadn't been to this location before. They have sooo much to choose from and low prices. I bought the welders helmet and some Mig welding wire. The fellow on shift was very polite, professional and helpful. I have to give this place a 5-☆☆☆☆☆ rating. I will be returning soon. Thank you Harbor Freight Tools keep up the great work and service.
