I arrived 5 minutes before closing.
Sarah and Elaine were so accommodating!
I needed some nice pants got my daughters wedding the next morning st 10:00 a.m.
they easily could have told me I needed to leave at 8:00 on the button but they didn’t!
Thank goodness for compassionate people that know how it feels to be in a bind with very few options, if any.
I’m mostly a blue collar guy that wears outdoor technical and performance clothing. Sarah and Elaine, as well as another young man whose name I didn’t get, have inspired me to update my wardrobe a little to try and make myself a little more presentable with a few modern wardrobe basics. I’m divorced and dating again at 54 years old so Im definitely excited to see if the updated wardrobe helps me find someone I enjoy spending time with. Thank you Sarah, Elaine, and the young man whose name escapes me.
Oh yeah…
And thank you H&M for your modern, affordable clothes and hiring such great staff!

Not really particular to this store but I ordered something specific for a company party here and got the completely wrong order and now what I need is out of stock and all I got was an apology from the agent. NEVER buying anything from here again!

Closes at 8. Wouldn’t let us try a shirt on at 7:40. Ridiculous. Never shopping there again.

Staff are not helpful, or even very kind. Lots of eye rolls from teenagers. Clothes are nice, but be prepared to have struggles in your shopping experience. They closed down all the fitting rooms, so I had to try on clothes over my regular clothes in the middle of the store. They closed down the in-store escalators, so once I went to a new level I couldn’t get back down to get a different size. It’s not a pleasant shopping experience at this particular H&M. But hopefully you’ll leave with something you like! Choosing it and getting it out of the store is what will be a challenge.

I have shopped different H&M stores, Quail Springs Mall being one of them. I've never been as mad as I was today when I left that store. The Selection as always is excellent. I really loved shopping at this store, until today. I asked the young boy that waited on me this afternoon (7-16-). I found a really cool shirt. It was laying on a table under smaller sizes of this shirt. I simply asked him if he had larger shirts in the back. He proceeds to walk off with his snooty attitude to check, and told me how they organize their stakes of clothes on the table. I already knew that, he didn't need to try and belittle me by telling me that. I guess this is the place to work if you are rude. And that's to put it nicely. There is 0000000000 customer service in this store. I was in this store for 30 minutes and NO ONE asked me if I needed help. The entire staff was rude and not friendly. I'm sorry but if I'm gonna spend my hard earned money in a store, I think I should be treated better than this young kid did. A smile on your face goes alot further than sticking your nose in the air and being to lazy to help your customers Sorry H&M. Thanks to your staff, you've lost a good customer.
