The store is pretty dark but I think that's on purpose. I don't think they have enough employees. My daughter wanted to try something on and a person said they would open the dressing room for her, she waited 5 minutes and they never came back. Also, the checkout line was pretty long.

Based on my experience here, this place was decent. The employees seemed a bit conceited and weren't that friendly. Not horrible customer service, but definitely not the best. Store itself was organized and seemed clean. Checkout was pretty slow. Would probably not recommend or return.

Stopped in for a big of nostalgia, I haven't been in one in about 13 years. It's brighter now, doesn't reek as badly of cologne, and prices are still high. I got a bottle of Jake cologne. It used to be my favorite.
