Wish I could have given zero stars!!!! Do not order delivery on appliances. Waited 4 hrs for them to cancel on me for no reason. They did nothing to remedy the situation. I do not recommend Home Depot on appliances, go somewhere else!!!!!!!!

It is ok. Things are harder to find, more expensive and made cheap. Your overpaying by 4 times the normal cost it makes to produce. Sad future if this continues!

You know what to expect, has locator and store app to go alongside. Highly recommend ProReferral.

I ordered a shed from a different company and it included set up on my supplied blocks. It had a mid January delivery date , so Dec 29 2023 I ordered the blocks and they were to be delivered Jan 13 2024 I received an email Jan 13 saying they were out for delivery between 6 am and 8 pm the building would be delivered around 2 pm Jan 16 so the 16th came and no blocks. Then I called Home Depot and after getting hung up on several times, they said they had an internal misunderstanding, so the next dayI go to the store where I ordered them. They said they were sorry and offered to refund my 80.00 delivery fee but it will cost around 2500.00 to reschedule a different set up time.So who gonna pay foeir mistake, not me I smell a Small Claims lawsuit my be needed and yes I have the email showing out for delivery and the distance from me to the delivery site is 60 miles. After I saved the sales recpt and the text messages saying my block were out for delivery on January 13 all their text messages had disappeared and were replaced with a new delivery date

I had a unique situation where the online Home Depot team canceled my order on the day I was supposed to pickup and never notified me. I had some big discounted items that I needed for a job so was very frustrated. The service desk team and store manager went out of their way to help fix things and spent an hour of their time to work things out with the online customer service to get everything re-ordered how I had it. I appreciate all of the help from your team to get things worked out. Thank you!

Got accused of stealing as I left. If you are interested in things I buy CHECK ME OUT, if I check out and I now OWN these goods, don’t bother me. Home Depot is Walmart now and all the misery that includes.

Absolute worst curbside pickup service. Spent 40 minutes sitting in the pickup spot checked in. After 15 minutes tried calling and no one answered the phone. Husband ran inside and the order hadn’t been pulled and 3 employees were just chilling behind the counter. They only gave us half our order so we had to go back in. Then found a tiny joint on top of my doors. Get it together Home Depot.

Why? Apparently, Home Depot has recently started closing an hour earlier, including Sundays, a day in which they already closed early. That doesn't work for me. Same thing at NW Expwy near Rockwell. Reno is still open normal hours, but I won't make it before they close tonight. This seems like the exact opposite of what you should be doing going into the holidays. Maybe I'm wrong... Or maybe they're just getting a head start on the next scamdemic (I'm assuming they're looped in. Kinda like how Walmart conveniently stopped being 24 hours right before convid. Not a coincidence.)Oh, while I'm here, I would like to mention that their selection of polyurethane is garbage. Two brands - behr and varathane, and all of the varathane polys are water-based.(╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

A bunch of idiots that work there that know nothing to help find or what you need for a project. Sold me wrong vinyl adhesive for vinyl planks
