I love this hotel! Extremely well lit hallways and lots of lighting options in room. Everything was clean and fresh. Location is an easy on, easy off access. Lots of eating options nearby. I will be back!

I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel and its employees. Marie made us feel very welcome and was so helpful. She really went above and beyond. You can tell she cares about her guests. It’s been a long time since we’ve felt so welcome at a chain hotel.This is a new hotel with very modern rooms and super clean! It’s also pet friendly! We had a king studio. The ceilings were the tallest ceilings I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Very open feeling. The room had a full size fridge, microwave and a little cooktop.Will definitely be back! Thanks for having us!

We stayed here for a week during my daughters physical therapy. It was incredible. The rooms were clean, the entire hotel was clean and smelt great. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be staying here again! The best hotel we’ve ever stayed at!

Can’t express how delighted I am of customer service that the front desk gal gives. She needs a raise. last week I stayed at a different Hilton and had to change hotels because of my awful experience. Then came here in 10 out of 10 she is super welcoming and so I came back to stay a second night this week on a work trip will continue to use this hotel, as long as you keep her at the front desk. lol. Hotel is very clean, spacious for the price, comfortable beds and pillows. THANK YOU!

We have traveled very often over the last two years staying in hotels all over the country and we have not met a friendlier staff or had a more pleasant stay. The rooms were very clean and nice. The staff was so friendly and always greeted us with a smile. They went out of their way to make our stay pleasant helping with food allergies and telling us about amenities and nearby attractions. We will be booking more trips here in the future.Rooms: The rooms were very clean, modern and up to date. They had plenty of room for our family and the kitchen was a nice feature for our week long stay.Nearby activities: There are a couple different malls and shopping areas in driving distance and a nature preserve right up the road.Safety: This felt like a very safe area.Food & drinks: The breakfast had a good variety. There are also a couple reastraunts in walking distance.

I made a Reservation on line at the location. I tried to call them to ask a question and could not get through for 45 minutes. When they finally answered the phone they put me on hold for 17 minutes. I finally hung the phone up and went back on line to cancel my reservation. I was able to call another hotel and had much better service. I will avoid this place next time.

This hotel is a mess.One of the two elevators did not work to go to floor four (which is where our room was) you actually had to press a button on the broken elevator and trick it to go to level 2 so you could use the working elevator.The sink faucet is too small for the sink - so instead of water flowing into the sink bowl it just spills onto the counter. Like you can't even get your hands under it.The Refrigerator in our room was not closed (for how long IDK) because the space it was in is too tight. The compressor went out and wouldn’t cool. We had to use a refrigerator in another room.We had a rectangular ice bucket but an Ice bag that was round. It would not fit over the bucket.The Ice machine had no signage. It was in a dark room with no light switch.There was no channel guide in room or on web app that the QR stickers on the TVs sent you to.There was only one chair at the kitchen table when it says two come with the room. So we took one from the refrigerator room.The living room couch bed had a heavy coffee table with no wheels. So to open the couch bed you had to literally move large furniture around to accommodate the bed.Our room didn't have a do not disturb signThe water pressure sucksIn the morning, we went down at 8 am to get a plate of breakfast. When we got there there wasn't any food left... even though it was supposed to go until 9. The breakfast worker... was outside on his phone smoking a cigarette... not paying attention to food being gone... so we had to wait for 20 minutes for him to cook more... AND he didn't even wash his hands.We were told to put all our towels outside the door and that room service would bring new ones in the morning... They took the towels... they did not leave new ones... so I had to go get more.I got a call from the front desk lady who was frantic about the missing chair we took from the other room... because "other guests had to check in" ... so I had to give it back... still no other chair for our room...The workers were mostly unprofessional - on their phones in front of customers, poor attire, not clean looking. Not what I expect at a hilton.This hotel is not up to the standard!

Best service ever received at a Hotel! Kind, Courteous, Clean and complete Friendly and Enjoyable experience! Will be staying here often throughout the year! Will be looking for Hilton Homewood Suites wherever we travel. Thank you Hilton management for having the best trained staff of any Hotel ever stayed at!Rooms: CLEAN, perfect size and wonderful bathroom and shower! Great kitchen with full size refrigerator and dishwasher and efficiently stocked with dishes and cookware!Nearby activities: Plenty of restaurants, shopping and entertainmentSafety: Well lit at night outside, great for walking dogs and when get back to hotel late at night.Walkability: Great eating places within yards of the hotel and plenty of walking options for exercise and for pets too!Food & drinks: Nice breakfast and even a great happy hourNoteworthy details: Just the whole experience and emenities were perfect!

From the outset of our stay, we encountered several problems that significantly impacted our overall experience:Bathroom Drain: Upon checking into our first room, we discovered that the bathroom drain was clogged, rendering it unusable. This inconvenience necessitated a room change, requiring us to repack all our belongings and relocate.Elevator Outage: The inconvenience did not end there. The hotel elevators were also out of service, which made accessing our 4th-floor room a challenging and tiresome task throughout our stay.Miscommunication on Check-Out Time: On the day of our departure, we were informed by the hotel staff that, due to our Gold status, we could check out as late as 3 pm. However, when we returned to the hotel at 2:15 pm, we were shocked to find ourselves locked out of our room.Poor Customer Service Experience: At the front desk, we encountered a hotelreceptionist whose customer service attitude was extremely unsatisfactory. She not only made the process of fixing our room key difficult but also displayed a dismissive and unhelpful demeanor. To our dismay, she insinuated that we had overstayed and attempted to charge us for an extended stay. Her comment that "Just because our first room wasn't nice and we had to move you, that doesn't give you a right to check out late" was deeply disheartening and showed a lack of empathy for our situation.As a loyal Hilton customer with Gold status, I have always expected a certain level of service and hospitality from your brand. However, the experiences we encountered during this stay were far below the standards I have come to associate with Hilton. The issues with the room, elevator, and the unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff have left me feeling frustrated and disheartened.
