Well organized with a good variety in the niche and gothic category. The store was clean. The service was quick without feeling pushy.

Literally the only hot topic i've been to that wasn't claustrophobic - it's probably even wheelchair accessible, which rocks! really wide selection of accessories too. also, to the cashier working the night of 6/12: you were very nice and attentive and i'm sorry if i misgendered you!
