PARENTAL WARNING
I was in the store earlier in the day with my 9 year old daughter , Lexi. She loves your store. Today she was traumatized to the point I nearly called the Police Department but I just got her out of there as quick as I could. Your employee , Elias I am told is her name? A red haired girl. Was being rude the moment we stepped in. She was speaking to another customer rudely as well. But THEN she started making gun motions to her headband to the other customers with her hand and fingercas if to shoot them and herself. This is UNACCEPTABLE. My daughter started sobbing and shaking. She sadly knows about school and mass shootings. She was afraid that Elias was going to shoot her or me. She cried for hours from the store to hike. She didn't even want to stop at McDonald's. She said there might be a shooter there. Tomorrow I'm going to call an attorney and see our options. I am a retired military veteran formerly of the US Army. I've called the corporate office and reported this. I will NOT take Lexi back in until something is done. We are REGULAR customers. I'd advise people to avoid this store if something drastic is t done

I drove out of my way to come here I arrived 45 mins before 8pm which is the stores closing hours online. The store was closed. They need to update their store hours.

the employees are rude, especially the on with the short hair/buzz cut. i asked for help on a shirt, I asked if they had it in a bigger size and the employee was condescending and had an attitude.

Literally the only hot topic i've been to that wasn't claustrophobic - it's probably even wheelchair accessible, which rocks! really wide selection of accessories too. also, to the cashier working the night of 6/12: you were very nice and attentive and i'm sorry if i misgendered you!

Had an awesome experience at this store and specifically Patience was an absolute gem! They were incredibly kind and helpful and we will definitely be back should we pass through the area again.

It's not very good, they had told me that it had several things and I didn't really find much variety and it's not just that, because I did find some things that I liked but they cost 23-25 dollars for the shirts which is exaggeratedly expensive, looking that the fabric is not of good quality, I only bought some Pocky and they were for 7 dollars when in another store I found the same ones for 3. They really are not worth it, it is a waste of time
