My wife and I was having car trouble so we took it in to get serviced, the service advisor on site was Brad Daugherty and had a diagnostic within the 24 hours that he promised and our car back to us within 48 hours. Very fast and efficient work as well as great communication from Brad with what was going on with our car. I highly recommend to contact Brad with any problems you may have.

When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Coach Walter Heard. I told him what I was looking for and he assisted me with courtesy and respect. He showed me a few cars and I test drove them he even introduced me to the mechanic shop and assured me of the lifetime power train warranty on there vehicles. After doing paperwork he was able to get me in the vehicle that I really love. I would recommend anyone that's looking for a dependable vehicle to shop here first.

Today I went from dealership to dealership wasting our time. Most salesman saw my raggedy trade in, my dirty clothes, judged us harshly and wouldn't give my family the time of day. Then we met Eric Smith, he greeted us with a smile, leaned in to greet our son and treated my family with respect. While in his office he turned his computer sideways, put on a show for our son and worked his tail off to get us a great car! When the lenders required paperwork he loaded us up, took us to the bank, took us to our phone provider and helped guide us because we aint too tech savy.We ain't never had nobody in sales work this hard for our family. When it came time to get insurance he flipped that computer around and worked his way through several online quotes and now we are just in awe as we are the proud owners of a fully loaded ride thanks to Eric Smith hard work. He has earned the name CarHero

My original review was for my experience with buying my brand new 2023 Nissan Rogue. Even though my experience that day was superb, the guys in the Service department really deserve the credit. I had an issue with Nissan Connect not connecting to my vehicle. Anthony and Ken went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They always made sure I had a rental and treated me so kind. They apologized with much sincerity when things were taking long (completely out of their control) and ALWAYS kept me update with what was going on, even if they were waiting themselves to hear back from Nissan. I hope to buy another vehicle from these guys in the near future and look forward to using the service department for maintenance on my vehicle!!

I came to Orr with not so good credit. Willie the salesman was fantastic. They worked with me and I got the car I wanted. But it was raining the day I bought my maxima. When it dried up I noticed a rainbow scratch on my windshield. I've been bounced around from GM to the repair shop. So if you buy from them, as soon as they get your money they forget your name. I won't do business or refer them to my friends for a car.

We had a great experience with Orr Nissan. Our salesman was fantastic and very knowledgeable. They gave us a great deal on our trade in. They didn’t have the color pathfinder that I wanted so they called a sister store and had it to me by the next day. I will be recommending them to friends and family. Ask for Albert, he’s awesome!

Great dealership. Finance office was quick and did not push any additional add ons. Jimmy, our salesman, was very professional and easy to work with. Their price was very fair and no negotiation required. Surprised no manager or GM came by to say hello and thank you.

Josh was a great service advisor. All I needed was an oil change and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Allowing customers to schedule their oil changes is a very big reason I keep going back to Orr Nissan Central. Other dealerships it is first come first serve to get an oil change and I totally stopped buying any new vehicles from them. I hope Orr Nissan doesn't ever make that same mistake because my time is valuable to me and I will not drive to any dealership to be told it will take 2 to 4 hours for just an oil change. I hope Orr management reads this as well as corporate at Nissan. Keep appointments open for oil changes because many customers feel the same way as I do. Bottom line is: Want our business now and new vehicle purchases in the future then listen to us.

Dre and Coach were great at helping us find the car we wanted. It was a little odd to us to have to sit in the lobby with other patrons and discuss payments, trade in, and personal information out in the open instead of at a sales desk. Other than that, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend Orr Nissan Central!

Just wanted to do a quick review of this dealership. I bought a used Lexus with low miles and have had nothing but problems from them. When I drove it off the lot, I noticed no issues. In just a couple of days, the clips that were holding the bumper on, slipped and made the bumper very wobbly. I called and informed the salesman, he was supposed to let a GM know what was going on. I didn’t hear back from them so I went in to talk to a manager. They took the car and acted as if it were fixed. I drove it a few days after that and it was right back to barely hanging on. I had to go back to the dealership because no one would return my calls. They agreed to fix it and had it in their shop for 10 days. It is still not fixed and I am still waiting on a manager to return my call. This dealership is 30 minutes from home and I’ve had to make 6 trips there since they do not want to return a phone call. After finally speaking to the owner, the dealership agreed to fix the bumper and the inner skirting on both sides because the bumper being defective is what caused the skirt to mess up. I took it to the body shop that the dealership agreed to. They fixed the bumper and passenger side skirt. Left the drivers side skirting messed up. The body shop told the dealership it needed to be done but they refused. At this point, I will make the final repairs but do not recommend this dealership at all!

We brought our Titan in for its mileage oil change. It was easy to schedule the appointment, drop the truck off and get it back in the time promised. Ken Burger has been a very professional service manager. If I have any issues or questions he is very prompt to answer and fix what ever is possible.As long as Mr. Burger is an employee, we will not take our vehicle anywhere else.

Eric was incredible to work with. He made the process easy and enjoyable while working with below par credit. He found my wife exactly what she wanted. We will always use Orr Nissan for our car purchases.
