After two years, they still withhold my checks for at least three days every single time. Got paid on the 31st, it’s now the fourth and I still have no money, and had to ask my dad for the money to cover rent after depositing my $1500 PAYROLL check. Been at this job for 3 1/2 months now, youd think they’d stop withholding them after that long but nope. I’ve had checks sit in wait for nearly an entire week before.Customer service will have you on hold for hours (if they’re even open) just to tell you that “it’s coming we just had to run some fraud checks on it first” without giving an estimation date.Do not bank here, go to midfirst instead

I’ve been banking at this particular location for some time and for it to be a corporate building. The ATM is never convenient when it comes to depositing money. As much money as this corporate has, what’s the issue ! I hate I have to go out of my way to go to another branch one. This one’s conveniently by my home and I don’t get off in time to catch the clerks . Please fix the ATM.

This is the worst bank ever, If you deposit a check it will take 2 weeks to clear, they hold your money, don't deal with this bank. I deposit a check from my employer and they put it in hold until I send them a pay stub for the check to resales. Unbelievable they control your money not you.

Probably the worst bank I've ever been involved with. I worked there briefly a while ago, so I got a glimpse into why they are so bad. It's lack of training, pay, communication, amount of employees that can actually help, there's a ton of restrictions on how you may or may not retrieve your own money, and the list goes on. There is a few good people there, but the bank itself is just terribly ran.

Don't even want to give 1! Horrible experiences. ATM hasn't worked for deposits. App won't work for check deposits. Their ATM drive through night deposit box has been out of supplies and I need to know why you can't supply us with items to make deposits if your ATM won't work, or the app, how should I have to wait 3 days to use my money????

Had my atm card replaced and now every week I have to fight with the fraud department because they keep flagging my transactions at stores i have constantly been at. They are rude and lie constantly to protect themselves.

Wish there was a zero star option. This bank will charge you for everything possible. On top of that they stand by their incompetent employees. Highly recommend a different bank.

IBC is the worst bank!! I had an account for my brother who was mentally ill. He died an the end of July. I was the only person who could sign for his financial issues. I also cashed one of his CD's to help with paying for care givers. Once he died the account was locked without any communication that they did this. My attorney spoke to their attorney resulting in needing a affidavit, which IBC said they could prepare an affidavit. I've called and called to set an appointment without results. After locking my account all the checks for his bills were returned, resulting in a $25.00 charge for each check returned. I realize some of these practices may be a normal procedure when a family member dies, but it shouldn't be this complicated. Banks have too much power!!

**EMPLOYEES ARE NOT WEARING MASKS**The red head working the mobile banking window insisted that I come into the bank to finish my transaction this morning because it couldn't be done at the drive thru, my regular branch had no issues completing it for me. I would have gone in at this branch except she was wearing no mask and the planet is currently in a pandemic. If IBC has decided the pandemic is over it would be nice to have 8am-6pm hours back. If IBC hasn't decided that the pandemic is over it would be nice for their employees to follow policy, wear a mask and not be too lazy to count some cash & deposit it.

Absolutely terrible service. The man who “helped” me was supposed to fax important documents to the dispute center and he told me he had done it. I later received a letter that I won’t be getting the money that was stolen from my account because they had not received my documents so my case had closed. Extremely unprofessional behavior of this man. Please avoid this bank.
