I received top notch care today during my visit. They took the time to explain how my cpap machine worked and followed with the care and cleaning instructions. Several helpful suggestions were given that I wasn’t aware of concerning the use and care of my machine. My questions were promptly answered about the out of pocket cost and the billing. I had a great experience with Robert and the office staff. Thanks!

Initial visit was fine, and setup was not a problem.However, I have consistently gotten spam from them about replacement supplies. 8 AM phone calls. Emails. Texts. Non-stop.I did ask them for a quote on supplies at one point, but they quoted me a price about twice what I could get supplies for elsewhere, so I told them I was not interested.The constant annoying emails and phone calls continue to this day. I guess in place of providing products at a reasonable price, their goal is to harass customers into buying from them. No thanks. Will certainly avoid this place in the future.Salesmen and crooks, not medical professionals.

I am being refused my medical equipment. I am contacting a lawyer cause it is illegal to refuse medical help I was told that my bill was 28 dollars then after making my payments for few months they jacked my bill to 80 dollars I ask for an itemized bill and they sent me a bill from wrong time and place . So now I have no equipment to operate my cpap machine having problems at night I will be getting a lawyer and fighting them. Wish I could give a -5 star

Absolutely wonderful. I came in when the regular receptionist was at lunch and the person covering for her had the greatest sense of humor. The woman that helped me, Ms. Barrowman was so caring, personable, helpful and intelligent! She helped me find an Apap mask that worked for me, showed me all I needed and did not make me feel rushed. I would definitely recommend this place.

Initial appointment was good for the fitting. After that, everything has been downhill. Ordered supplies in September, got email saying they shipped in October, but never received. Called many times; they would tell me a supervisor would call, but never did. Finally got them to ship them, but didn't receive until November. When shipment arrived, it was incomplete. After tons of more calls, more promises of supervisor return calls that never happened, LOTS of my time having to fight to get my supplies, the rest of my order was shipped and arrived in mid-January- FOUR MONTHS after the initial order. Then, in mid-March, I get a full bill for it all. I called to see if insurance has been billed and a very monotone and rude employee argued with me about the history and what has happened. I told her I had shipment emails to verify and she still argued.I never write reviews, but all I have done is battle with this company after my initial fitting. I have lost so much valuable time and been treated very rudely. I will be researching other options to get my supplies through. I'm so sad because it started out so well, but customer service is greatly lacking.

Tried to call twice before showing up to see what all is needed for my 13yr olds nebulizer. No answer. I get here and they say they need a specific TYPE of prescription, not just the doctor's paperwork showing she was prescribed a nebulizer. Also told me even if i were to go back to thr ER doc and have them write another one, it probably wouldnt be accepted. Directed me to another medical supply company (Aerocare) because "they have less requirements, are cheaper, and faster". Also, considering this is an Integris Supply store, you would think they would have access to prescriptions prescribed by Integris ERs/Doctors. Was also told no on that. The workers were nice and apologetic, the place just seems useless.

They have closed early on multiple occasions with no notice, even when notified I would be picking up supplies on the last day of the calendar year. Also be prepared to be bombarded with refill auto dialed calls for 18 months if you use them.

I have had good and bad service. I have found going to pick up my supplies most convenient because anyyime it is mailed it is the wrong size. They have records on file not sure why it is never right. Be prepared to spend 15-30 minutes there for them to get everything worked out-even if you have called ahead. Also they need to update website. Shows open at 8 but doors are locked and door says 830. So now I have to wait 30 min more. Moving elsewhere for supplies. Was sent wrong product. When I went in to exchange in Oct. I wad advised problem with insurance. Went back today and they won't exchange even though product never opened. So stuck with wrong product. LOST $$ and time and stuck with wrong product!! Lost this customer. Luckily there are other providers.

There is a huge difference between the CPAP machine/ support, and the CPAP supplies side of the house. My personal experience with the machine/ support has been excellent… definite 5 stars. Robert has been a definite (and welcome) addition to Integris. I have had multiple new machines just stop working. I have always gotten loaner machines or replacement under warranty… usually the same day. Now for the bad news, the supply side of the house. The phrase “Sucks a*** is the most humble thing I can say. Where do I start? #1) when you call to reorder supplies, I personally have Never gotten a live body that answers the phone. You leave a voicemail and if you call on Monday, they may try to call back by Friday. #2) As I said before, I’ve had my machine for several years, and up until the last time I ordered supplies, I had to pay out of my pocket for things that is covered by my insurance. Patients are required to change the filters on the machine every 2 weeks. So when I order supplies, they will only send one pack of filters (2 filters per pack X every 2 weeks) means I only have enough filters to last 1 month. Every refill request is for a 90 day period, so I have had to pay for 2 months of filters out of my pocket to last me the 90 days, but my insurance will pay for the cost of the 90 day period. #3) When you order supplies, expect them to not get your supplies to you for about 1 month after you reorder them… piss poor is the kindest thing I can say regarding this issue. #4) When you need something that you want sent with the order you make, that you know is too early to reorder by insurance, and you tell them to put it in the shipment that you will get in 1 month, DO NOT EXPECT it to be there, even though you have told them you will pay for it. When the neoprene on your head harness breaks, “**** You” is the best response you will ever get, and you have to take the time to go to a local DME supplier, or order it off of the internet. I pretty much have had my last straw with these idiots and I will be changing to another local DME company with this reordering of supplies. So Consumer beware of who you rely on for your supplies. I would have had no problem giving them a 5 star review, but I can not because of the migraine I get when it’s time to reorder supplies.

Staff are nice. It is just difficult to get an appointment. Wrong size supplies given. Why can these supplies be delivered,? I'm a transplant from SC living in a facility. I can't drive. I find it ridiculous that the supplies can not be delivered.

Do not recommend this place-they claim customer service us their number one priority, but their actions say otherwise! More than three weeks since my supply order, no supplies snd can’t reach anyone to check order status. Answering service tried to tell me they weren’t open even though it was during business hours.
