It's integris what else is there to say if you got $ you get smiles and quick response from the staff no $ get ready to wait and wait and wait get asked for payment several times before you're treated even if your life's on the line you will wait

I would give them a zero rating. They killed my father. He got a bedsore in their care with a condom cath that was disfunctional. He was also administered a drug that he had an allergy that was stated and left off his chart. It was stated he had bedsores from Skilled Nursing before admission when he never had skilled nursing before admission. They are LIARS and do what they need to do to cover their asses. Many complaints were filed during his stay and these were ignored. They are TERRIBLE!!!! THEY NEVER EVEN KNEW HIS MEDICAL HISTORY. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. We have been fighting with them an they DO NOT CARE AND THEIR INVESTIGATION IS A FARCE AND A BUNCH OF LIES. Worst care ever given and now my dad is dead because he went septic. He got a best sore because he sad in his urine and fecal with no attention. WE FOUND HIM THIS WAY!!!! I WILL FIGHT TO PROTECT OTHERS. I will be contacting the news station.

My time here was good the nurse took great care of me here ? I still go to the pharmacy til this day to get my medicine great people I had some what of a bad experience with one nurse but I'm not gonna let that one nurse steal the shine ??

Miracle on 44th Street Parked my truck over night and the windows weren't busted out. Staff was nice too.

Took an ambulance ride to the hospital they took me in had me set for hours with a broken wrist with nothing to help for the pain so I left went to another hospital same thing turn around came back here didn't integris got took back in the room the X-ray tech comes up with the very poor attitude asking me why I left no it was none of his business tells me I have a broken wrist and I'm f****** stupid and gets mad when I tell him that I'm in pain I need help help me and I tell him I'm sorry he tells me no you're not and turns around and storms off the staff at Southwest medical are some of the worst staff nurses text I've ever came across I have no idea why this hospital is still running or half of the employees still employed I would say never use Southwest medical I know I'll never come here again
