This is a great bank. However their debit card and customer services is very very poor. I have been waiting a whole month to get a new debit card after my previous one got stolen. This is not the first time I’ve had to wait this long for a new debit card when my one before this one expired. It takes two weeks to get to you, then you call and are told it has been returned for no reason, mind you that you have to call them they will not call you to tell you this. Then you have to wait another two weeks. I have bills to pay and groceries to buy and going to the bank every week two towns over is ridiculous. My family also uses this bank and says the same thing happens to them, but it’s usually around 3 weeks when they finally get their cards. It may just be an inconvenience, but that inconvenience has made me decide to switch banks. It’s a nice bank besides that, so if you’re okay being without a card for a month any time you need a new one then by all means go with this bank.

Carol was friendly and very helpful when I was in there. And there was no line to wait in. I just switched to Intrust from a different bank and it seems like a very good move so far!

One of the very few banks you can go to in the city to get Euros and other currency if you are headed overseas. I have been to Spain twice and both times came here first to get €100 so I would have some spending money on my way over. The cost was just a bit over the exchange rate and there is some paperwork involved because of the Patriot Act. You also do not need an account to do the exchange.

Angela Woost on the Consumer side and Ken Guthery on the Commercial side are 2 of the finest people I have worked with in the banking business. They are a class act and extremely knowledgeable. The rest of the bank staff is friendly and courteous as well... Lots of smiling faces. You are more than just a number at this bank!

I have been with the bank since my first account ever at 14 years old. I am now 30... you do the math. I do all my banking with Intrust. Everyone knows me by name and I always feel so welcomed and appreciated. Way to go guys! I especially love to work with Angela Woost.
