J.Crew Factory offers clothing for men, women and kids. The team is incredibly helpful and friendly, though some staff can be suspicious and rude. The inventory at the outlet is more expansive with so much to choose from. Prices are considerably better online and are not honored in store. It is helpful to try items on there, with nice lighting in the fitting area.
