The Jackson Hewitt agent who handled my taxes was very professional, patient, and willing to explain everything to me. I will be sending everyone I know her way to file their taxes. I walked out of that office feeling much better and more confident about my tax situation thanks to Ms. Hellen.

The white girl simply didn't want to do my tax return must be a race issue she told me it's privately owned and it would cost me almost 900$ to do my return because I worked half the year in another state she wasted my time but I decided to do them myself instead of being over charged by someone who doesn't want to work with me

Helen Brown is an outstanding tax preparer. This is my first time using JH and I am very pleased with the professional way Helen handled every aspect of my filing. There wasn't anything she came across that stopped her from getting accurate information to get me the best service possible. Just wish she had a magic wand to get me a refund😄.
