James Avery Artisan Jewelry is inspired by love, family, friendship and faith. The charms, rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and other jewelry are designed and produced in Texas Hill Country workshops. The jewelry is very good quality, does not cause breakouts or turn green, and is amazing quality. The business offers excellent customer service every time with any employee, who are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Services include fixing and polishing items like a bent ring. While most experiences are positive, there can be occasional service misunderstandings. Customers express being delighted and thrilled with the collections, purchasing items for themselves and as gifts for family, with many becoming customers for eternity.
I broke one of my charms off my bracelet. I took it in to James Avery to have it fixed. The customer service was very nice and friendly and for a $5 fee they sodered my charm back on and had my bracelet cleaned and ready to go the next morning.
