The store has decent prices and offers a thoughtful discount for veterans. They also provide great customer service, like calling a customer when something was forgotten in the store. Jerry’s carries hard-to-find items, such as a 12x16” floater frame in multiple options, and is worth the drive even from half an hour away. It is a reliable, well-stocked art supply store and a great place for artists, highly recommended.

the people and shipping experience are great. store is super nice, clean, organized. i got a framed print (fairly expensive but everything is!) and they have me a great coupon/discount. print came loose but I took it back and they're fixing it with zero complaints. good folks i think.
