I was hopeful looking forward to getting my oil changed this morning. Saw both bays empty and pulled up. Guy sitting down on his phone looked up and then back down on his phone and the other guy standing up walked out of the other side of the bay out of sight!! lol
Sure im just a coupon oil change so no major loss of income but I need a timing belt changed and was kinda excited to discuss that since I saw jiffy lube did them, welp now im going elsewhere 🤷♂️ my apologies for disturbing your staffs phone and standing around time.

Will never go to a jiffy lube again… hose was undone to make car idle rough asked to let me know which tire was low was told all were good which was not true and says my antifreeze was good… nope it was low… don’t trust jiffy lube anymore sad to say

The service provided was inadequate. With only one vehicle and three personnel present, the process took over an hour. Furthermore, post-service instructions regarding exit procedures were omitted. While not discourteous, the interaction lacked a welcoming atmosphere.

I had been looking for tires all day finally came across Jiffy Lube found the set and price I was looking for it was late in the day they still took very good care of me got me in and out in no time I was very happy and relieved. They were very quick and friendly very professional
