JJ Beauty Supply is a great one stop shop for all hair care products and synthetic hair needs, with a great selection of u-tip extensions and excellent quality hair. It is a favorite beauty supply store with a lot of options, a lot of hair, a lot of wigs, and a lot of everything for African-American beauty supply products. The store has good prices, lots of merchandise, and everything is reasonably priced. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, polite, extremely nice, and helpful, going above and beyond to assist. Personal experience has always been very good, making it a go-to store.

The ladies were very nice. My biggest issue is that the product wasn't full. Since the receipt says no refunds/exchange there was no point in going back. I'd say if you can open it before purchasing, please do so
