If you want to be ignored and have a HORRIBLE customer service experience come to this JOANN'S!! Waited at the registers for over 5 minutes and when asked the two employees that didn't acknowledge my existence, they also acted like it was a burden. If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!! NEVER COME HERE!!!!!

Just had a miserable experience. Judith & Amber need to be held accountable for stealing $72 from their customer and not having any solution to fix it except to call a phone number where you’re placed on hold for 20+ minutes and then redirected back to the managers of the store. Absolutely unbelievable when Amber accused us of being the liars in this situation when Judith clearly knew the issue at hand. She even knew the lady who caused the issue in the first place. It was the most ridiculous thing after she just sat there for 30 minutes and hearing confirmation from customer service that there was in FACT a balance. She probably won’t be punished as she did this directly in front of her superior Judith like it was a common thing for their customer service to say.My gift card balance (if I’m ever going to get it back) will be my last purchase from this JOANNs. Their employee somehow screwed up the gift card into where it’s unusable. Customer service says they can see the balance but the card is unusable for some reason as it comes up invalid.Judith might be the worst problem solver in the world and was extremely rude. Told me that there was nothing she could do whenever it was clear there is but it’s going to take extra work on her end.In summary, I will always be going to the place that the Lord built, Hobby Lobby, for all my crafting needs. JOANNs is overpriced as hell for this type of treatment.

They have a number call system at the cutting station but rarely use it. There is usually a long line of people with several bolts so if your only getting a couple yards of a ribbon it would be nice if they had an express line dedicated to those get 3 yards or less.

I like the store, went in today to grab some fabric and Keraya was really busy in her phone. She wasn't paying attention when cutting the fabric and she tossed the fabric in a ball. Asked to get a second cut of fabric, seeing how the first one was really messed up. She said yeah, it's how it was left. She cut me another piece, paying me no attention and just laughing, hopefully at her phone. She finished, slid my fabric and put the receipt on the counter. There was no customer service skills present and honestly, was a very disappointing experience.

Love the store but not a one close to me. Do not try ordering online. I have tried for two weeks! Nada. Grief! Mucho. 3 times was my attempt. In okc and norman. The beginning of the end. No innovation. Hobby Lobby here I come.

Horrible customer service (slow, rude) and the store is cluttered and disorganized, with very limited selection. Order from Amazon instead and save yourself a trip.

What in heck has happened to this Joann store? I loved going to this store in the past, but I was busy with caring for my dying mom for a couple of years and didn't go. The store is total disorganization. At one time, you could go to the spandex section or the satin section, but not now. I spent 30 minutes walking up and down the aisles, looking for orange spandex for my granddaughter's costume. I found it laying on the floor under a rack, and it was filthy with dust and dirt. I then go to get in line behind 4 other customers waiting to get fabric cut. There was one guy cutting fabric and Rylie, who was too busy to help the now 12 customers in line to have fabric cut because she was processing remnants. The woman behind me said, "Yes, I'm thinking what you are thinking." when i turned around to see how long the line was. I replied, "You mean why are we processing the remnants instead of helping customers in line?" She nodded her head yes. After several minutes, Sharie appears from around the corner, and at this point, I was next in line. She cut fabric for me but said nothing to Rylie about stopping what she was doing to also help customers, and maybe that wasn'ther responsibility. The fabric employees use electric scissors to cut the fabric. They got caught on the spandex and Sharie had a hard time getting them unstuck. I ended up helping her unhook the fabric on the backside of the scissors. She didn't turn them over to look at the other side to resolve the issue. It is this do as little as possible attitude that is ruining this store. I walked around the rest of the store before going to checkout. The entire store is a disaster. When I got to checkout, it was clear that these individuals and everyone else I encountered in the store, except Sharie probably couldn't handle being told what to do because it might hurt their feelings. That is the only reason this store is so trashed out now. I am so disappointed in the condition of this store. I am not sure I will ever go back.

I have called this store for 2 days straight. Every time I call they put me in hold first time I was out on hold for one hour and twenty minutes before I decided ti hang up.Today I called and they did the same thing their customer service on the phone is poor. I am disable and all they do is put you on hold.

Kerri and another manager was racist towards us. They had signs saying they had 50% off bridal collection and took it down when we asked to buy the fabric. Kerri went to get another manager and they both rejected us and were constantly mean and arrogant. They were definitely racist towards us cause of our skin color. We know they were racist because they treated the white person who came after us with grace and kindness and did not at all cooperate with us. Racist!!! Do not go to this store or u will get a racist treatment. The management needs to change. Not at all cooperative and did not give us the 50% discount on bridal collections

this is kind of a sad little tale. the brick and mortar carries stuff and online has larger selection with a draw back the warehouse does not know the difference between a dressmakers & tailors pressing ham. online sells both but when one orders dressmakers ham and receives tailors ham it is disappointing twice. there is a difference that was verified by the manufacturing company but joann does not understand that. another draw back is cs will tell you they will check this out and let you know in 2-3 days, do not hold your breathe. it will be closer to three weeks if ever. further, if one wants to purchase fabric online this is not the place, weight per yard/meter is not stated nor is how often pattern repeats. again cs will tell you they will find out and you won t hear from them ever on how often pattern repeats.

Was able to pick up my order, the girl that helped find and cut my fabric was great. While looking I noticed several sections of fleece marked as 3.99 a yard in a 3 day sale. I hopped on it and grabbed two other styles I liked, wanting to get 2 yards of each. Once at the counter it rang up as only 40% off, and the fabric being originally 20+ a yard, was far more than 3.99. I still purchased one of the styles, spending 21 for the two yards. The girl at the counter didn't even bother to page anyone at the fabric counter, or to look to see the several signs in the fleece section marking sections as 3.99 a yard. If the girl who cut the fabric and helped me find it wasn't so nice and helpful I would have given the trip 1 star.
